This was our first time staying at this hotel though we are very familiar with the area having been frequent visitors with our family over the past 14 years or so. The hotel was recommended to us so we decided to take a chance and book - we needn't have been worried. From the moment we checked in we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.Our room was a nice comfortable size with an amazing sea view and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is very varied though it was busy no matter what time we decided to attend yet this was not an issue. The area is very much in the quieter part of Praia da Rocha which is great and because we were there in October we had no problems getting seated at various restaurants - though in high season that would be adifferent story. All in all this was a great relaxing trip and this hotel was wonderful -we will definitely return next year!

Just came back from a 4 night stay this hotel and was not disappointed at all! The breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from ranging from cereal, yogurts and meats, and fry up! Constantly replenished so never cold! Oat milk provided to us every morning to! The pool area was always clean and there was NEVER a problem getting sun-beds whatever time of day! There was not much shade but the built in visors on the sun loungers were a big help! The pool bar was very good, serving reasonably priced drinks and food throughout the day! All the staff were happy to help with anything! We had a double room on the first floor with a nice clean balcony, the room had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay! The hotel is situated in such good distance to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach! We had such a good day and will be returning for sure 👍🏻

HH MatthiasBeautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

ผผู้เข้าพักFirst off, the accommodation, pool and the proximity to the beach are all great. The rooms are really big. We had a two bed apartment for two adults and two teenagers, there was plenty of space for us all. The balcony’s are huge, and also come with four loungers and six chairs, so perfect for catching the evening sun with a drink. We did have a leak in the bathroom which we raised with reception, which was not fixed. It didn’t cause too much problem, just annoying to get wet feet when walking by as it leaked into the bedroom. The biggest shame was the service and quality of food at breakfast. It was provided by “My Guest” so we assume it was outsourced. The young woman Rosa out the front was really unfriendly, didn’t want to engage and made us feel unwelcome. The food in the hot buffet was lukewarm at best, so not great for food hygiene. The only things that changed in the six days we were there was the fresh fruit and the cake, so it got a bit repetitive as well. Despite this we would still return, we would just do it as self catering as the breakfast definitely wasn’t worth it.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is our fourth stay at Plaza Real. It's a really lovely, friendly place. The apar**ents are so big and well equipped kitchen wise. Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fold down table with 2 stools. Lounge has a large table and chairs, bed settee, sideboard, wall mirror and tv. Bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space, 2 single beds and a dressing table with mirror. Bathroom has shower over bath, sink, toilet and bidet. As we've been four times now we know exactly what we're getting and as we arrive it's like 'coming home' It's a self catering facility but has an excellent bar/restaurant run by Bruno, Matilde, Brun's wife, Alexis and Phillip. The food is amazing for a small'ish bar and our favourite is and will always be the 'Plaza Real beefburger' A must try for any meat eater. All the staff are really friendly and most speak English very well. Breakfast can be purchased on a booking system either, a full cooked or continental to suit. The pool is quite big with a separate kiddies pool with loungers and umbrellas. The main *****/beach is a 15 minute walk away or a few minutes in a taxi for about 5€. The beach is accessed by a pathway as it's quite a bit lower than the main road. Just enjoy yourselves because as sure as eggs is eggs we will be going back for a 5th visit ;) Obrigard!

ผผู้เข้าพักฉันพักอย่างสะดวกสบายในรีสอร์ทแห่งนี้ แม้ว่าห้องพัก / ห้องน้ําจะล้าสมัย แต่สะอาดสะอ้านและทําความสะอาดทุกวันถ้าคุณเลือก พื้นที่สวนนั้นยอดเยี่ยมและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ภายนอกเพิ่งทาสี ฉันเห็นมันเกิดขึ้น การตกแต่งภายในจะต้องได้รับการทาสีเมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้เพราะมันดูสดและสะอาดสะอ้านอีกครั้ง อาหารดีมากทุกครั้งที่ฉันไปฉันไม่เคยมีปัญหาในการหาอะไรบางอย่างฉันไม่ได้ไปเยี่ยมเพราะฉันต้องการสํารวจร้านอาหารและบาร์ในเมืองที่น่ารัก พนักงานทุกคนที่ฉันพบที่ฉลาดไม่สามารถบ่นเกี่ยวกับพวกเขาได้ โดยเฉพาะพนักงานบาร์ตอนกลางคืนที่ฉันพบว่าเป็นมิตรมาก เหตุผลเดียวที่ฉันไม่ได้ให้ 5 ดาวคือแม้ว่าจะสะดวกสบายบาร์ในเวลากลางคืนก็ไม่ใหญ่พอถ้าโรงแรมเต็มไปด้วยฝูงชนและดื่มคุณต้องนั่งด้านนอกและขึ้นไปชั้นบนเพื่อดื่มเครื่องดื่ม อีกคนระวังการถ่ายโอนของเราคือรถสองแถวซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดี แต่การออกไปเป็นโค้ชฉันต้องนํา 4 กรณีไปที่ด้านบนของรีสอร์ทซึ่งค่อนข้างเป็นเนินเขาเดินไม่กี่นาทีหากมีผู้เยี่ยมชมมีปัญหาด้านการเคลื่อนไหวนี่จะต้องเป็น ความกังวล. แต่พูดง่ายๆ ก็คือ ฉันได้พักที่ยอดเยี่ยมในรีสอร์ทที่สะอาดและเป็นกันเอง มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายกับเมืองที่น่ารักซึ่งใช้เวลาเดิน 20 นาทีหรือแท็กซี่ 4-5 ยูโร มีรถบัสฟรีในเมือง แต่วิ่งครั้งสุดท้ายคือ 1700

PPatricia TripodesO fato de não fazer o check in/out no lugar é muito desconfortável. Não é hotel, não chamem de hotel, são quartos num edificio. Eu quero saber se às despesas ocasionadas por esto voces devolvem. Pelo resto esta tudo perfeito localização, comodidade, enfim. Espero que avisem aos passageiros o primeiro endereço para não termos que ir é voltar. Obrigada.
