Wonderful hotel. Very good value. Not the best area of town but ok if you have a vehicle.

We travelled here in April 2024 and stayed at the hotel for two nights. Upon arrival our room was not ready however we were able to leave our bags to go and explore the city. We were greeted at the hotel by Vladimir who was front of house manager. He’s beaming smile made him super approachable to ask questions about places to visit and tips for restaurants bars in the local area. Vladimir was more than happy to help and provide Above & Beyond recommendations of craft places and restaurants that we would find appealing. H is in a great location within walking distance to the main attractions but out of the way enough to feel secluded and quiet. Great amenities within the hotel such as the bar area which was open most nights when we came home fairly late! Rooms were nice and spacious in fact probably the biggest hotel rooms I have seen the Radisson do. The little gem in this hotel Hass to be the spa free for guests to use and trea**ents are available at what I would consider to be very reasonable prices for example I had a 80 minute exfoliation and massage which worked out around £65 something you definitely would not get in the UK, have to do a big shout out to our masseuse Saiska who provided an absolutely amazing massage and exfoliation truly one of the best I have ever had. The whole spa is well equipped with hot tub sauna steam room and relaxation areas. Definitely a welcome retreat after a long day to explore the city. We genuinely loved our stay not only in this hotel but also in Plovdiv as a whole. 100% if I ever came back, this hotel would be booked without hesitation.

Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff who treated us as their own friends, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen. We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and would not change it for any other hotel in Plovdiv. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Spa Centre provided us with a wonderful experience, allowing us to relax and unwind. The breakfast offered was not only delicious but also quite rich, providing a diverse and satisfying start to our days. The overall experience at the hotel, from the comfortable accommodations to the rejuvenating spa facilities and sumptuous breakfast, contributed to making our stay truly memorable

I can recommend this place to all people who are planning their trip to Plovdiv. The hotel is very clean quiet and the best thing are the 2 gardens and the most friendly staff that I encountered. Stay there you will not regret it!!!

The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff towards the client, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen, additional options in the form of the Internet and the gym attract and stand out from the rest of the hotels, given that the cost for all these conditions is quite affordable. For the first time, we came to Imperial Plovdiv last summer and the whole family fell in love with this place. This year, without even thinking too much, we booked a room for a few days before going to the sea. Special huge thanks to Vladimir Kochanov for his help in everything that you might need. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be treated first class!

The hotel is remarkable. The staff is probably the best thing in the whole place. The welcoming on the reception was more than I expected. The staff there and spatially the Front desk manager(I don't remember the name for which I am sorry) were very helpful for all the things we asked and the advices of the Manager were spot on every time. The staff in the restaurant was also mazing and the food from the kitchen was on world class level! We will definitely visit that remarkable place again soon! Thank you!!!

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through **********. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.
