The hotel is well located. The room given matched our expectations and request. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our time there and would recommend it.to anyone.

Amazing property on the edge of the old town. You can walk everywhere in Plovdiv. Incredible value, lovely staff, immaculate room, very reasonable mini bar, good breakfast. All good

The hotel is located in a traditional building on the edge of the old town. The interior is modern and our room, on the third floor, was very well designed and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and efficient.
Staying in the hotel allows you car access to the old town for parking which is free, but it is on street and the roads are narrow. Wasn't a problem for us, but something to be aware of.
All tourist sites are within a 15 minute walk from the hotel, so it's an ideal base for exploring Plovdiv.

Great location in the old heritage town. The B&B is a beautiful historic house with modern rooms decor and a great breakfast included. Friendly staff! Best value fir money for this up market B&B.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service, location, cleanliness - everything. If you’re in Plovdiv in the future, I would recommend you stay here at Hillhouse!

This is our favourite hotel in Bulgaria, we stayed for 4 nights in September 2023. The location was perfect for exploring the old town. The hotel is extremely clean and well presented and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We would definitely stay here if we visited Plovdiv again.

What a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and ideally located for old Plovdiv and the restaurant areas. The receptionist was exceptional - she even moved her car so we could park more conveniently. The whole experience was fantastic value for money.
