Location was great, size if room was nice. Was given a roo. With a big orange stain in the carpet. The TV for the size of the room was extremely small. When booking I called to see if the breakfast was hot was yes.....there was limited coffee....hard muffins and juice. Bathroom. For location of hotel and size of room was small. Shower curtain had stains on it.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 double size beds for 8 people. Without even informed, they gave us 2 rooms with a queen size bed. There is a sofa bed in each room but without pillow, blanket and bed sheet. 3 persons ended up sleeping on un-prepared sofa beds!

A nice room for decent price. There is a large mall and restaurants within walking distance. The property seemed a little bit dated, but fairly clean. The bed was very stiff, which I don't like.

The hotel was nice and convenient. It was nearby the shopping mall and other different outlets. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and everything was always available for the time it was allotted. My only problem with the property was the fact that we were unable to connect to the wifi for the entire stay which made it hard to communicate with family and friends back home.

Room was clean. Mattress not firm. Requested a late check out but cleaning crew kept banging on the doors many times even before regular check out time which was rude and did not allow for a restful sleep.

We were only there for one night so did not complain but there were at least 2 lights that were not working. The food was much better for breakfast and check in lady was very helpful.

Housekeeping staff was talking loudly and non stop in the hallways which disturbed my rest. You can hear everything outside the room door in the hallway. Rooms are dated

There was a female PM front desk agent that went above and beyond. She did a mock check-in for my 5 & 6 year olds which they loved. I don’t recall her name but I did send an email directly to the resort about her service.
