There was a Toenail clipping left on the floor by the bed and there were sheers in the room and no way to make the room dark to sleep at night.

Location is easily accessible by public transport, cleanliness is just average , not changing towels without request ,

The hotel is close to the center of Pittsburgh (south side of the Monongahela river). The city can be easily explored on foot from there, you can reach the downtown area in 30 minutes on foot. Only negative point is that you need to walk through rather shady area which might some people feeling unsafe with. The hotel itself is good, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable, the bathroom though showed tiny spots of mold - nothing serious though. Breakfast was served downstairs in a nice environment. It had a big selection (eggs, bacon, sausages, sweets, bread, cream cheese, jam and yoghurts as well as oa**eal) and was very tasty - which we enjoyed.
The coffee machine inside the room was really crappy, I pressed the button for inserting the coffee and it fell almost apart. I notified the receptionist and he told me I could always get coffee and hot water from the breakfast area which was highly appreciated.
As I stayed there on a weekend I used a public parking lot - for free - in the direct vicinity and did not pay for the rather expensive hotel parking.

The room was a nice size, clean, comfortable. My only complaint was being denied parking for my other vehicle. My husband and I had to drive separate and we were told only one parking pass was available. I even offered to pay extra for an additional parking space but was told they were sold out, yet the parking lot was never at capacity during my stay.

You need to park out front and check in to get your room key in order to enter secured paid parking area. Room was clean, bed/pillows comfortable and we had a nice view from front of hotel. Breakfast was good with workers constantly refreshing foods and cleaning.
