酒店是老牌奢華，裝修設計有點過氣了。房間裝修十分簡易，簡易一定要住升級到奢華房。 酒店飲食十分好，我們是一價全包。酒，飲料全體暢飲，完全物超所值，酒店的餐館景色超美，食物也很精美。 最後提一句，酒店所有餐館晚餐都需提前預訂，十分難定的，建議入住前就預訂。如果沒定，入住後千萬要堅持跟酒店協商，不然日日自助餐是很無趣的。

We had the most amazing experience this May while visiting the White palace. Everybody working in the hotel was polite, eager to assist and make our stay exceptional. They even remembered that I was looking for kiwis every morning and the fruits were there on my table before expressing my request. They just did everything in their powers to create the absolute amazing experience for us. The rooms was undoubtedly very clean, everything was well organized and well thought of. The rooms were decorated with taste, the food was overwhelmingly high in quality and offered in bid quantities. There was nothing you would need and could not find it. Your desire their order. Congratulations to everybody, to the management, to the training department, to the FnB, to the cleaning department keep up with such a high level of services and your guests will always refer to you as the hotel that capture their heart.

Lovely hotel, a good 4 out of 5 from me The hotel is impressive looking, especially at night. The pools are lovely and staff great. I was especially touched by the effort Irina, Debi and Demitris put into make sure my partner had a very special 60th birthday at the resort. The hotel group also own a farm which you can visit and enjoy a fabulous meal as part of the package. A sister hotel has a water park which we enjoyed too. Our room was a fabulous location with a little garden leading right out to the pool. It was a little dated but perfectly functional. The swim up rooms looked amazing but i rarely saw people in the water. Not sure how suited they would be for kids. My one frustration was the a la carte restaurants. You have to book 6 days in advance and you are limited as to how many times you can use them. Although the buffet was by far one of the best we have experienced, we much prefer to have an a la carte dinner. We maxed out our booking slots (accepting we would have a handful of buffet meals, but did this before we knew about the hotel entertainment schedule. We had to forgo two a la carte restaurants in order to enjoy the entertainment. Also worth noting for families that one restaurant is only available for 12+ guests and another published on the website is only open in high season so we had a greek, Italian and asain available to us. The hotel has a lovely chocolate shop and does fabulous desserts (although very chocolate based). There is a crepe and waffle place open till 6pm. the buffet closes after mealtimes. I understand the bar offers late night snacks. The drinks are good quality although I have to say the drinks from the long bar by the restaurants are by far superior. Shame there isn’t a lounge area to sit at there. Would I go again, probably. I must admit though the offer at Mitsis with the creperie open til 2am and the a la carte ‘street food’ by the pool is a bit more suited to our tastes.

It is clear that this hotel caters for families and whilst we didnt neccessarily book an adults only hotel and it was half term there were still too many kids running about.most notable at meal times in the buffet restaurant.So if you are going here for the first time be aware of this.It also didnt feel like there were any kids clubs for them to be whisked off to. We arrived late May and were booked into a garden view room.Alas it wasnt really a garden but more a dried up riverbed view and as far away from reception as you could possibly be.The annoying part of the room was that it was next to the M25 and the noise was pretty constant.We did ask to be moved but having discussed this with reception and they said they would get back to us 'tomorrow', well suffice to say we are now back in the Uk and we are still waiting to hear from reception about moving rooms. The rooms themselves are kept to a high standard of cleanliness but the design of our bathroom was bizarre in the extreme.The advert says walk in shower,well technically it was but you have to negotiate the shower bar control which sticks out at the wrong place on the wall.This also creates a problem when you sit in the bath as this is right at shoulder level meaning negotiating it is difficult.The glass screen screwed in place on the bath made getting to the bathplug control almost impossible.All in all ergonomics went out the window with the designer of the bathroom.. However the main gripe over our stay was the impossibilty of obtaining two sunbeds around the main pool.These were all gone by 9am each day and although the hotel apparantly has a policy of not allowing sunbeds to be reserved by the obligatory towel laying this was clearly not enforced.And we were not alone in mentioning this.We stayed 7 days and could not get 2 pool sunbeds ever, ending up on the beach each day.The annoying thing is that the hotel has private pools which were completly empty and we did hear that some guests of these private pools even reserved beds around the main public area! The food however was good and the restaurants are all worth reserving and eating in especially 'The white one'. The only criticism is that although all the restaurants are well staffed some of the service was poor,especially when it came to taking away dirty dishes.The cocktail bar service however was second to none.

We stayed at Grecotel Luxme White Palace in April/May this year and can honestly say that it was one of the best holidays we have ever had as a family. It is situated in a perfect area of Crete, not too far out from either of the 2 airports on the island. The whole vibe of the place as you arrive is nothing short of fantastic throughout. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and friendly service from the amazing staff and they continued to be helpful throughout our stay - Nothing was too much for them. The room was spotless and comfy and even our little one who usually gets very homesick felt right at home. The food and restaurants were simply amazing and we enjoyed the different cuisines and al la carte dining experiences - Special thanks to Maitre - Georgios Christoulakis for being so welcoming and friendly every single day that we stayed there. The views from the hotel are truly breathtaking, being able to see the sunset every evening during dinner really was something special. Being a family friendly hotel, the hotel had facilities to keep children entertained called "Grecoland" and once again the staff running this were extremely friendly and welcoming - Our little one made friends with the staff and talked about them for days after coming home. The hotel has it's preferred car rental service called "Auto Different" which is great, cheap and honest - Would highly recommend. As well as the above, the hotel had great amenities such as Wi-Fi, gym and ice cream stations. The hotel does have a sister site, where you can pre-book and enjoy the waterpark which has activities for both adults and children. Overall, thoroughly recommended hotel with amazing location, things to do and amazing staff. What you see on the adverts is really what you get.

We are here now.. what I can’t understand is why the resident dj is playing trance music that nobody knows or likes .. no one is singing along or dancing only the dj knows the songs.. so borriinggg.. its all a bit weird trance .. we want some normal songs to sing along with not what the dj likes!!

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this hotel is. We left earlier today and we have enjoyed every moment of our holiday. This was our first family all inclusive holiday and it won’t be our last! I was worried before we arrived about how well children were catered to, because their social media is very adult orientated, however I needn’t have worried, my five year old has had the best time, she made new friends and enjoyed the kids club immensely. She danced to the entertainment in the bar every night and dined like a princess! The food here is incredible. We have ate at Asia white, Fico D’india and Agreco Farm and Tavernaki and the food has just been amazing throughout. On the other nights we’ve eaten at the buffet which is also very very good, with various meats cooked to order, a vast array of dishes on the buffet, fresh pizzas and amazing salad and dessert rooms. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating, and I cannot wait to return. We had a prestige sea view bungalow which shares a pool and garden area with about 12 other rooms (some of which have swim up access to the pool).

Returned here for 10 days, as had been here previously and loved it! However this time was spoilt by the fact there were literally 100s of children running around everywhere. I have no issues with kids, but don't think it's too much to ask for some peace and relaxation while on holiday, which is impossible when you are being dive bombed in the pool or your drinks kicked over by children running through the bar etc!What was most frustrating is the hotel claims to have adult only areas, but these were not monitored and due to the hotel being so busy, family's were allowed into them without issue! Families definitely get the priority here, so if you love kids and have lots of them, this is a great place! The hotel itself is lovely, the food is good and the staff try their best to accommodate everyone, although they were open about the fact they are short staffed currently! Overall lovely hotel and has a great offering but clearly targeting families, so I sadly won't be back.
