Pico Rivera Inn and Suites

The staff is nice and helpful however there were roaches in the bathroom and the floor next to the bed was dirty. Second time I get the same room, the room is in good condition however the upkeep is not. Also the mattress is low quality.

The area was very noisy. There was a rowdy party directly across the street from my room and there were so many people I was concerned about going outside. I didn't know if it was safe to go anywhere to eat dinner. The room was basically a large bathroom with a bed and desk. No separation other than a toilet closet. The floors were not as clean as I would especially given that they were not carpeted. No microwave or coffee maker in the room and nothing in the lobby either. I also didn't like having to give the attendant $20 cash to make sure I returned the room key. I didn't remember reading that in the description of that or being warned of it. What if I had no cash on me?

Third time I stay here for a quick stay and yet again the towels were dirty and two of them had lipstick.

Could hear traffic noise in the room. Hair on the floor. Overall left something to be desired.

Just wasnt too pleased with the elevator not working for a moment, Was fixed pretty quick after i fell already down the stairs. Over all pretty good. truly. tabitha v.

The hotel was great however, their dispenses for the toiletries, hardly throw any shampoo or soap. They really need to fix that but other than that it’s great.

I liked how spacious the shower was...and I didn't like that the towels were stained, the floor, the furniture and the mirror had dust.

What a pleasant surprise, I've stayed at many rooms in Pico Rivera and most of them were the same....C- at best. I will book here from now on

We’ve had a great experience each time we’ve stayed here. The facility is well kept and the rooms are very nice and clean. Friendly staff and accessible to the freeway. Definitely recommend!
