The hotel is in a good place near Air port. The room was nice and clean with fast WiFI internet and nicely functioned AC and hot water.have larg car park for guest car parking with 24$ security service.The starf were welcome,frendly withine english, chines language communication.For the restaurant was really good for morning breakfast and have luch their also delicious and comfortable. I really like this moment, i will reservations and come back again onece time with friend recommendations.

I can’t see how this hotel gets good reviews. It’s down a shady street you wouldn’t want to be late at night. Noisy from music next door. The rooms are old and really dirty. Disgusting marks all over the walls, filthy sofa covered in stains. Holes in the bed linen. Tiny bathroom with water that constantly ran hot and cold. They also wanted a $20 deposit which I find ridiculous. There are much better hotels in Phnom Penh in much nicer areas for the same price. I would not recommend staying here.
