The rooms are neat and comfortable, and the house is clean. The place is very quiet and beautiful. There is a lobby in the underground floor, with glass windows facing a yard decorated with flowers. They have installed a functional little gym with basic machines and weights, a cinema room and a ping-pong table, plus a really fancy tea room. This guesthouse is wonderful to get a taste of Yunnan traditional lifestyle. The facilities are new and the furniture is classy. The owners, a couple, are extremely kind. The man is a tea aficionado, he offers Chinese teas to the guests for free. They both are very attentive. The area is a bit far from the center, and there are few restaurant options nearby, but the neighbourhood is beautiful and peaceful. This experience will be deeply memorable.

The place has so much history and culture - we are privileged to be able to be able to experience it all during our time in Jianshui. The host (Zhao) is amazing - when we first arrived, he brought us around the place and told us all about it. During our stay, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He even accompanied me to the pharmacy to get some medication. We felt right at home after a day and felt sad to leave. This place is close enough to the ancient city (7 min by foot). Around the corner, there is a local morning market. It’s small but you could see the hustle and bustle and even pick up some local fruits/food! Room is not big but it is sufficient and clean. We weren’t confined to our room because the communal area is very inviting. You get to play with the occasional resident cat and dog! Overall, this is a highly recommended for travelers seeking unique experiences!

As boutique hotel owners ourselves, we know excellent hospitality when we experience it — and this was, without a doubt, the best customer experience we’ve had in China. Every detail is sublime, from the personalized breakfast to the incredible afternoon tea, and the service is nothing short of five-star. They even have a café that might be the best we’ve visited anywhere in China. The location is ideal for exploring Jianshui, and the care and attention put into every guest’s stay left us both grateful and impressed. Highly recommended — a true standout and a model of what a boutique hotel should be!

เจ้านายใจดีมากและแผนกต้อนรับก็สุภาพมาก เหมือนอยู่บ้าน ไม่ต้องถูกจํากัดเลย เราพบบ้านหลายแห่งที่นั่น ฉันโกรธเล็กน้อย เมื่อหันหลังกลับเห็นประตูบ้านของเขา มันดูดี เข้าไปแล้วดูใหม่ สุขาภิบาลสะอาดและผ้าปูที่นอนภายในก็ดีมาก เจ้านายยังบอกเราเป็นพิเศษว่าถ้าตื่นเช้าไม่ได้ เขาจะพาเราไปกินข้าวข้างๆ ได้ เขารู้ว่าเราขึ้นรถไฟความเร็วสูง เขาบอกเราเป็นพิเศษว่าเขาจะขับรถพาเราไป เขารอเราที่ล็อบบี้ในวันถัดไป สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีมากเช่นกัน เพิ่งเปิดใหม่ ไม่มีกลิ่นแปลก ๆ กลางคืนไม่มีเสียงดังเลย คนที่นอนไม่ค่อยหลับก็นอนหนักมาก กระจกบานใหญ่ที่ประตูชอบมาก มีโซฟาให้พักผ่อน น้ําภายในมีน้ําพุหนองฟู่ ฉันได้แนะนําให้เพื่อนของฉันแล้ว ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไป Jianshui ฉันมาที่นี่ บังเอิญมีรถแบตเตอรีให้เช่าที่ประตู เป็นข่าวดีของเยาวชนของเราโดยตรง ออกไปเช่ารถ เล่น ไม่ล่าช้า ฉันไม่ได้ทํากลยุทธ์ ฉันถามเจ้านายทุกอย่าง เจ้านายรู้ทุกอย่าง ฮ่าฮ่า เทคโนโลยีการถ่ายภาพไม่ดี และภาพไม่ค่อยดีนัก ฉันหวังว่าเจ้านายจะดูแลมันมากขึ้นและขอให้เจ้านายเจริญรุ่งเรือง กิจการรุ่งเรือง มั่งคั่ง!

Super cozy yard very nice person quiet and large room, close to main street and very convenient to everywhere. Thanks for suggestions and helps from the elegant hostel lady, like went back home and saw your grandma and family. Jianshui is also worth to go back many times, time stopped there and addicted to various rice noodles.

โรงแรมเล็ก ๆ ที่ดีมากในทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบ ห้องพักของเรากว้างขวางมากมีระเบียงเล็ก ๆ ทีวีขนาดใหญ่เตียงขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย ฝักบัวน้ําอุ่นที่มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมประตูกระจกเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้กระเซ็น น้ําดื่มและตะกร้าผลไม้จํานวนมากทุกวันเป็นโบนัส สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับประตูตะวันออกที่พลุกพล่าน แต่ซ่อนตัวอยู่ห่างจากการจราจรและฝูงชนพอสมควร คุณสามารถได้ยินเสียงเพลงในตอนเย็น แต่พวกเขาหยุดเร็วพอก่อนเข้านอน แท็กซี่ไม่สามารถไปที่ประตูโรงแรมได้ แต่พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรสุด ๆ จะช่วยคุณขนสัมภาระและแท็กซี่ เราจะอยู่ที่นั่นอีกครั้งและแนะนําให้คนอื่น ๆ

寶藏民宿，全家人都特別喜歡。 房間巨大，在古城的民宿裏很少見，更別提院子還是建水十大傳統古院落了。坐在院子裏感受無聲的歲月，浮躁的心都平靜下來了。是旅途中額外的收穫。 和老闆聊聊天，聽聽院子的故事和建水的生活，也很有意思。 服務很好，第一天早餐吃的米線挺好吃的，家人早餐不習慣吃米線，我問老闆附近有什麼早餐店，沒想到老闆直接安排當地的特色包子做第二天早餐。 發了民宿的九宮格朋友圈，很多朋友要了店名，已作推薦。不過又有點點擔心生意萬一太好了，價格漲太多，或者老闆真如自己所説不親自守店了，畢竟我還打算再來呢😜 哦還忘了加老闆微信😂

โรงแรมมีทําเลที่ดีมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Jianshui ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 2 นาทีไปยังสํานักงานขายตั๋วรถไฟขนาดเล็ก และใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาทีไปยังเมืองโบราณ Jianshui การจราจรสะดวกมาก ห้องพักสะอาด ถูกหลักอนามัย พร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน เจ้านายกระตือรือร้นมากและช่วยจัดที่จอดรถและขนสัมภาระ เยี่ยมมาก! ห้องพักมีลานเล็กๆ ค่อนข้างดี

十分滿意的客棧，在建水度過了三天愜意時光！！裝修很有格調，終於不是現在無聊統一的酒店風了，我們一羣人訂了四間房，竟然每間房風格都獨具特色！床很大！乾濕分離！好好好！！美女老闆也沒把我們當客人，像把我們當家人！！下午一到住處放了行李就去了據説建水最大的市場買買買，走過去竟然還不到五分鐘！！！從來沒一次買這麼多水果！！！！
