I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this incredible homestay on Dongshan Island—it’s hands down one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m already counting down the days until I can come back. From the breathtaking sea views to the thoughtful, attentive service, every single detail made my trip unforgettable, and I’m so glad I chose this homestay for my island getaway. First and foremost, the seaview here is absolutely stunning, beyond anything I could have imagined. The homestay boasts an unbeatable location with unobstructed views of the endless blue sea, and I spent every spare moment just admiring the ocean, both morning and night. Waking up early to watch the soft golden sunrise glisten over the water, with gentle waves lapping against the shore, was the most peaceful way to start each day. As the sun set, the sky painted itself in warm hues of orange and pink, reflecting beautifully on the sea, creating a romantic and serene scene that took my breath away. Even at night, the quiet glow of the moon on the water and the soft sound of waves made the view just as magical. I took countless beautiful photos during my stay, and every snapshot perfectly captures the mesmerizing beauty of this place—no filter could ever do the real scenery justice. What surprised me most is that the homestay is even more beautiful in person than the online photos. When I booked the room online, the pictures looked lovely, but I didn’t expect the actual space to exceed my expectations by such a large margin. The interior is cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that frame the sea like a living painting. Every corner of the homestay is well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The layout is designed to maximize the seaview, so no matter where you are—whether it’s the bedroom, the living area, or the small terrace—you can always feast your eyes on the gorgeous ocean scenery. It’s clear that the host put a lot of love and care into creating this wonderful space. The service here is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The host and all the staff are friendly, warm, and always ready to help with any needs or questions I had. ทุกครัวเรือนในห้องสามารถมองเห็นทะเลได้ และเนื่องจากไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางด้านข้างของจุดชมวิวไม่มีเสียงรบกวน มีแต่เสียงคลื่น (เพราะโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับทางเข้า Fengdongshi Scenic Area) ต้องบอกว่าบริการของโรงแรมดีมากและตอบสนองจากจุดชมวิวแนะนํา ไปรับที่ลานจอดรถและขนกระเป๋าไปรับเอง แต่น่าเสียดายที่มีบางอย่างเกิดขึ้นชั่วคราว มิฉะนั้นจะพักอีกคืน

這次在東山島的旅行，最幸運的就是選擇瞭如鯨向海民宿！從踏入民宿的那一刻起，就被温馨的氛圍包圍，完全是“家”的感覺！ 房間佈置得超用心，ins風的設計隨手一拍都是大片，乾淨整潔的床品柔軟又舒適，一夜好眠不在話下。推窗就能看到絕美海景，清晨伴着海浪聲醒來，傍晚坐在陽台看落日餘暉灑在海面，氛圍感直接拉滿！ 民宿的老闆和工作人員熱情又貼心，不僅提前幫我們規劃遊玩路線，推薦的小眾景點和美食都超地道！ 總之，這次入住體驗滿分！強烈推薦給所有來東山島的朋友，住在這裏，旅行幸福感直接翻倍！下次再來，一定還選這裏！❤️

The hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach. The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁 The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality. The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty. There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area. The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself. I helped him to take some photos for the hotel which you can find below 👇 Absolutely recommend this place for staying!

สภาพสุขาภิบาลดี แต่สระสนิมและแอร์มีฝุ่น อาจเป็นเพราะห้องว่างนานและไม่มีใครอยู่ สภาพแวดล้อมดีมาก ห้องวิวทะเล มองเห็นทะเลจากหน้าต่าง อ่าวจินหลวง ออกไปสะดวก ดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น ชั้นล่างเป็นสถานที่เช่ารถไฟฟ้า เดินทางสะดวกมาก ไม่ไกลจากจุดชมวิวเหล่านี้ โดยทั่วไปสามารถเข้าถึงได้ภายในสิบนาทีโดยจักรยาน บริการดี เจ้าของบ้านกระตือรือร้นมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกมีครบ และใช้งานสะดวกมาก
