⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Balcony Twin Room: Quiet, Bright & Perfect for Two!** Just wrapped up a lovely stay in the **Balcony Twin Bed Room** at 柠好美宿, and I'm already planning my return. ✨ **The room**: Two comfortable single beds (great spacing for privacy!), a private balcony where we enjoyed morning tea while watching the neighborhood wake up, and a clean, modern bathroom with strong hot water. The projector was a fun bonus for cozy evenings. ✨ **Thoughtful touches**: The space felt brand-new and meticulously clean. Appreciated the little extras—quality toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a quiet AC unit that actually cooled well. ✨ **Location**: Tucked in a peaceful lane, yet just a short walk to Nanmenwan Beach and local eateries. The host helped us rent an e-bike onsite, making island hopping effortless. ✨ **Service**: Warm, responsive, and never intrusive. Got great local tips. 📌 *Heads-up*: No breakfast served, but there are delicious local breakfast stalls nearby. **Ideal for**: Friends or family travelers who value cleanliness, a quiet stay, and a personal touch. **My rating**: 5/5 across the board. *If you're looking for a simple, sincere, and spotless base to explore Dongshan Island—this is it.* 🍋🌊

The location is very near a beach but to everywhere else cab or scooter rental is required. The space is good but all items provided are disposables (eg, towels, bedsheet, bed cover). It makes the whole stay very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Some renovation is incompleted there is is cooker opening on the table top but no cooker and cabinets are half finish. Idk if this is an unfinished housing project turn in to airbnb. Overall not a pleasant experience. Slightly regretted staying for 2 nights.

The hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach. The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁 The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality. The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty. There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area. The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself. I helped him to take some photos for the hotel which you can find below 👇 Absolutely recommend this place for staying!

Nice beach views nearby. But there is a new building project behind the apartment that is quite disturbing the view. The lift was broken when we came and late to be fixed. However the owner and property quite helpful and attentive to our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, it is close to key attractions and very convenient for getting around and buying things. The technology in the hotel is impressive, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable in the room and the hotel lobby. As a nice bonus, the room also came with automatic curtains and a modern washroom (motion sensor activated, and auto seat warming). The food at the hotel was great, had various options and the seafood served was extremely delicious and fresh.
