Hotel was generally nice and had superb location. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was flexible when we wanted to leave a day earlier than planned.
The room was very nice otherwise, but bathroom was shabby and not very clean. On the positive side, the shower had hot water and good water pressure. My bed was somewhat oneeven and leaning to other side. My colleagues didn't complain about that though. All of our group's rooms had balconies, which is very nice in beautiful mornings.

Wonderful staff who helped organise tickets to Gardaland and the opera in Verona. Hotel is in a great location with lovely rooms, underground parking and is dog friendly. Valentina was a magnificent help!

We stayed for 4 nights and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly for our brief stay at Lake Garda. Room size was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and the good shower was reliable. Breakfast was excellent value, plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was perfect - just outside the old town walls and so very quiet, but just a short walk to the centre of the town with its many restaurants (although the nearest restaurant "Rivelin" was possibly the best one anyway). The bicycle hire shop next door to the hotel was really good and highly recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming staff Bed very comfortable Breakfast good value with preordering of pastries per room the day before to avoid waste Fantastic location just a couple of minutes to the old town. Indoor, secure arking spot much appreciated For the management: only negative point was the lack of plug points in the room - at least one either side of the bed to recharge phones.

I stayed in the small room but it was fine. Super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was a couple minute walk to the old town. About a 15 minute walk or so to the train station. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
