This is an outstanding value for Americans. The waters are the usual hot mineral variety, and the outdoor pool is a lovely spot to while away the afternoon. It's cool mineral water - the birds drink from it. The breakfasts and dinners are fine, and Pavel Banya is a nice, quiet little town. We've been there three times, and find it an idea getaway. Ask for a room facing the pool ... the view is very nice. The rooms are big and comfy. This is a place where you can - and just might - spend most of your day in a bathrobe. I've had three massages there and two were the best I've ever had, We keep going back ...

This hotel offers great spa service. I think is a good place for rehabilitation and treatment in a luxurious environment. We stay only one night here, the water in the pool was warm and healing, the food was delicious, our room was with a big terrace, everything was very clean.

World class hotel with great rooms, food, spa and garden. Highly recommended for post-covid recover or general wellness. Very clean and food is great, service too. Outdoor and indoor pool, including kids pool, 3 types of spa and great indoor design.
