I am very disappointed this hotel and service all staff very rude internal management will make us trouble not responsible reply form hotel management and staff I tell who people choose hotel change another hotel

L’emplacement est bon, très belle piscine ,jardin et plage magnifique. Le personnel est très fatigué et oublie la plupart du temps se qu’on leurs demande. Tout est très lent faut avoir beaucoup de patience. Si non en reste c’est pas trop mal.

Великолепный песчаный пляж. Рядом риф, на котором можно поплавать с трубкой (лучше договориться с отдельной службой на берегу правее. Хорошие ужины-буфет, алакарт не рекомендую. Если хочется больше морепродуктов - 10 минут пешком кафе Капитан. Из минусов: 1. главное: срочно на пляж нужны ещё лежаки. Ну не хватает!!! Занимать приходится, ну что за бред. Огромный пляж, места много, пальм много, под которыми полежать можно, а не на чем. 2. Завтрак слабоват, но голодными не останетесь. На мой взгляд не соответствует цене. 3. Далековато от всего, ну вообще ничего нет, тук-тук в помощь. 4. Персонал бывает, скажем, тормознут. Но стараются.

Spacious room (No. 202) opening to the garden. Comfy and clean beds. Lovely seating area where the doors open to the garden and can have a decent view of the ocean too. Few areas of the room needed a bit of extra cleaning but was not much of an issue for us. We already informed the hotel staff and they said they will look in to it. Our booking was on B&B but we had dinner on day one as we got late to check in after an unexpected but adventurous trip to Ritigala. Decent collection of food for both breakfast and dinner. If they can add a bit of local cuisines (Dosa, Wade, uppuma etc.) to the menu that will be handy as well. Friendly staff all around. Always with a great smile and willing to help if needed.

Very beautiful and relaxing hotel.we had unforgettable experience at here with great environment.The staff was very helpful. Nice and clean beach.we definitely recommend staying here. The view is amazing.food was delicious.front office should mention specialy because they are really supportive and arranged us excursions to see the corals

Beautiful place. We stay 3 days. Food very delicious and people very nice. The view is amazing. The hotel is next to the beach. Bedrooms are very clean. It is possible to do snorkeling, boat or scuba diving every day. We recommand to our friends.

This was one of my worst experiences at this resort. I faced disappointment during the reservation process, as my emails went unanswered. I nearly gave up on this resort but decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the resort's communication is very poor, and the staff lack hospitality training. On Saturday, there was no buffet, only à la carte options, which we were not informed about until we arrived at the restaurant. When guests asked questions, the staff often paused for 7 to 10 seconds to use their mobile phones before responding. The coffee machine was broken, forcing us to travel to a nearby resort for a cappuccino. Compared to other resorts, we were impressed with the service at Maalu Maalu Resort, which is very close to Calm Resort. However, when we called the reception, they asked us to call the relevant extension to place orders, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was one of the poorest services I have ever experienced. However, I must mention that the restaurant chef and manager were very helpful and attentive to our dietary needs during the buffet, especially regarding allergies.

The Beach îs the best one around here. Very clean and nice. The room was tidy and comfortable.lThe pool is very big and clean. Only the menu a l carte was not quite satisfying since there were barely any local dishes. Mainly European menu. But the breakfast buffet is good.
