It’s an apartment room in an estate. The check in is a bit confusing. The room is big and good enough for staying a night before departure.

Это не отель а апарт комплекс. В номере есть мини кухня, балкон. Просто супер! Очень современный район. Чисто, по-европейски, очень понравился, приедем снова!

Old property and when reserving a family loft you don’t expect a single room condo on the ground floor. Wifi was basically none existent it’s has a tv but not service to watch anything on it. I only picked this due to location as we had a domestic flight 2 days after we arrived. If you just need a place to get some rest for a short time this will work. But I would not stay here any longer than we did. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t come back.
