Great staff, very large room by European standards. Shower leaked a bit, but clean. Ok breakfast. It’s very close to the train/bus station. There was a bit of drama, but it’s not unsafe. Easy walk to center of town, about 1 km.

Perfect for our eeds. Extremely convenient for Parma railway station (for early morning train) and 15 mins walk from the centre of the city, for sightseeing and eating out.
Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, big comfy bed and breakfast included.

The location couldn’t be better - literally at the train station, easy walk into the old town. Our room was clean and a decent size, with two twin beds, desk, and closet. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated and was a good size with a shower and separate tub. Unfortunately, metal shutters were locked down over the windows, so no view or fresh air. Getting to the room (on the 2nd floor) required two different elevators. During our stay, there was no wifi available and our safe didn’t work. No English channels on the TV. Breakfast is served in the basement but has very little to offer - nothing warm, no fruit, no eggs. This place has potential, but isn’t quite there.

Water from the faucet wasn’t drinkable but I was not informed, I had to asked. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the little bottle of water. I answered I shouldn’t. Otherwise people were helpful, most of the time.

Very small room , no amenities. Very hard bed . Location was right next to train station . Very quiet though odd hotel

The location to the train station is its best attribute. It is an old hotel in need of redecorating. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. Our king bed was very hard with flat pillows. The location was a central part of the city but be careful after dark. A very small room with no seating. A nice included breakfast.

Property in conveniently located right next to the train station. Staff is great, they went out of their way to help me with an early checkout. Best wifi I had during my two-week trip. The only strange thing is you need to take two elevators to your room, not a big deal. Make sure you visit the Farnese Theatre and National Gallery, both are incredible.
