ผผู้เข้าพักThis is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

CCynthia991The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent.
Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.

ผผู้เข้าพักStayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

ผผู้เข้าพักFullmoon Camp is a very lovely place up on the mountain in Kabak. All the staff is very helpful, welcoming and sweet, especially sending big thanks to Boris who allowed us for late check out and helped with transportation. The view is amazing, bungalows are nice and clean, they even have AC's in every room, and pool is refreshing. Food is very simple, there's a sweet old guy who cooks everything with his heart, not anything special, but more homecooked tasty food. The hike to the beach takes up to 25-30min, it's a nice little workout, probably can be a bit challenging for some people, but it's a nice way and for the view it's worth it. Would visit this place again!

ММихаил МежовПрекрасно провели 4 ночи. Отель на первой линии. Море отличное, лежаков хватало всегда. Завтрак отличный, персонал приветливый. Номер на 3 этаже. Лифта нет, багаж носить по лестнице, поэтому у кого проблемы с ногами, учитывайте этот момент. Вернемся еще.

The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.
