สถานที่ค่อนข้างหายาก Ctrip ให้ตำแหน่งผิดและหมายเลขติดต่อผิด หรือฉันค้นหาหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ถูกต้องบน Google Maps และติดต่อบุคคลนั้นซึ่งพาฉันไปที่อาคารพักอาศัยซึ่งอยู่ห่างออกไปสามกิโลเมตร จริงๆ แล้วมันเป็นแค่บ้านส่วนตัวแต่กลับมีพื้นที่ภายในกว้างขวาง มี 3 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องครัวมีเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องใช้ในครัวเรือนครบครัน แต่ทีวีไม่สามารถเปิดได้และเครื่องทำความร้อนทำงานได้ไม่ดี เจ้าหน้าที่รับสายเป็นชายหนุ่มในท้องถิ่นที่มีทัศนคติที่ดี เขาบอกว่าคนกลางของ Ctrip ไม่ได้ให้ข้อมูลการติดต่อของแขกแก่เขา ฉันร้องเรียนกับ Ctrip และทัศนคติการบริการลูกค้าก็ดีมาก และพวกเขายังช่วยฉันสมัครขอค่าตอบแทนอีกด้วย แม้จะรอกลางดึกกลางดึกเป็นเวลานานและไม่รู้จะติดต่อเจ้าของบ้านอย่างไร แต่สุดท้ายก็ยังพลาดอยู่ดี

Title: Unbeatable location, but standard has drastically dropped – Won't be back Having been a loyal customer for 10 years, it is disappointing to say I won't be returning. While the location is unbeatable, the breakfast is nice, and the pool area is clean (though very slippery), the overall standard has fallen significantly. The staff remain a highlight. The young Macedonian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and the lady in the Club Lounge—who spoke fluent English, Macedonian, and French—provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are run-down, desperately need renovation, and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The Club Lounge was highly disappointing. Beware that even if you pay for access, you can be locked out if they book a private function. When open, the lounge is basic and the food was terrible—we were served raw steak and overcooked chicken. The choice of two wines and beers was adequate, but the food quality ruins it. It is a shame to walk away after a decade, but the lack of comfort and poor food quality means I will look elsewhere next time.

Struttura ben posizionata, di fronte al parco cittadino, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Struttura moderna per fuori, con molti servizi, tra cui una piccola palestra. Colazione a buffet nella norma, con prevalenza di cibi salati rispetto a quelli dolci, ma ben fornita. La nostra camera era piuttosto piccola, ma per dormire il letto era comodo ed è stata regolarmente pulita.

Nice views and spacious rooms made the stay enjoyable, and the food was good overall. The location is also convenient. However, some amenities—especially the shower—were not functioning properly, which affected the overall experience. Considering the price, there is definitely room for improvement, but overall it was a decent stay.

I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out. However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable. The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor nuisance was no breakfast, seeing as I’m travelling on a budget and this hotel was already outside of my budget; so to advertise breakfast and then not offer it is not acceptable.

Temiz ve güzel bir otel. Konumu da güzel. Tek sorun restaurantta canlı müzik tam alt katımızda gece yarısına kadar sürdü. Bebekli bir aile için bu beklenmedik ve rahatsız edici bir olaydı. Bunun dışında otel ve imkanları konusunda oldukça memnun kaldım. Otopark konusunda da bir iyileştirme yapmaları doğru olacaktır.

Çok hoş ve temiz bir yer. Biz araç kiraladığımız için konumu çok iyiydi. Merkeze 5 dk içinde ulaştık. İçeride ihtiyaç olan hemen hemen her şey var. Bardak, tencere,kaşık, çatal, kettle, ocak ve mikrodalga. Teşekkür ederiz :)
