staying nights on a ship on a dried up river in the middle of Skopje city was a great experience. Though the room was ”compact”, it had all the expected amenities & everything worked fine. Having our meals on the deck was very pleasant indeed, especially in the early autumn evenings. And prices were very reasonable, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Service by all the staff was impeccable! Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. The floorboards just outside our bathroom creaked (& bent) noticeably, possibly due to poor bath water draining that overtime had leaked into the wooden floorboards under the carpet, causing them to deteriorate over time. This needs to be fixed asap. Hotel guests checking in face a long walk from the taxi dropoff location at the bridge about 200m away. This long walk is a challenge for senior travellers with big bags & taxi drivers are unwilling to help due to the risk of getting a ticket. For checking out, hotel staff assistance cannot be committed due to staff shortage.

Very nice design hotel, very well equipped, good space distribution in the room. Very good breakfast, friendly personnel although Macedonians tend to be rough

I had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk.

I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out. However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable. The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Skopje zwischen der Altstadt und dem Fluss. Es gab genügend Steckdosen und Föhn, Seife etc. Zimmer und Betten sind sehr gemütlich, aber es ist im Allgemeinen insbesondere morgens auch etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ok bis gut. Die Auswahl ist groß, Croissants werden allerdings zum Beispiel bloß fertig in einer Plastikverpackung angeboten. Geschirr wird teilweise etwas länger stehen gelassen, die Dame ist nämlich alleine. Für mich aber kein Problem. Alle Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich denke, 4 Sterne sind daher angebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, aber der Spiegel war unten rötlich verfärbt, jedenfalls sah dieser schon stark abgenutzt aus.

Temiz ve güzel bir otel. Konumu da güzel. Tek sorun restaurantta canlı müzik tam alt katımızda gece yarısına kadar sürdü. Bebekli bir aile için bu beklenmedik ve rahatsız edici bir olaydı. Bunun dışında otel ve imkanları konusunda oldukça memnun kaldım. Otopark konusunda da bir iyileştirme yapmaları doğru olacaktır.

ส่วนตัวรู้สึกค่อนข้างดี ที่ตั้งโรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมืองสกปรกเลย ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวก ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตรอบๆ เยอะ และห้างสรรพสินค้าด้วย สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมก็ค่อนข้างดี การบริการก็ต้อนรับดี

部屋や建物は綺麗で、ホテルの方は親切でした。 ロケーションは、城塞等の史跡から近いですが、市街地からかなり歩きますし、かなり坂を上ります。その分、ホテルからの眺めは最高ですが！ 設備に関しては老朽化しているところがあります。シャワーの排水が悪く、水が床に溜まったままになっていたのは残念でした。
