While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat. - Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

Overall the hotel is great , however , its in isolated location and you will need 20 to 30 mins drive to reach to any destination.

The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Beautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel mooie kamers, bedden liggen heerlijk, kamers erg schoon.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
