Top quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

民宿的地理位置很好，出門走幾分鐘就是agdal的商業中心。離高鐵站也很近，有機場巴士，還蠻準時的。民宿的環境也十分乾淨衞生，房間的空間很大。而且有一個超級大的露天陽台，會提供獨立包裝的牙具和衞生用品。床單枕頭都是香香軟軟的，安全性很高，一共有好幾道門禁。我是一個女孩子單獨來拉巴特出差的，多虧了民宿姐姐，很照顧人～從我還沒有到達開始就耐心地回覆我所有問題並幫我規劃路線，這幾天拉巴特降温還專門借給我了一件厚外套！自助早餐好吃的，有清淡的比如黑米粥，還有小煎餃等等。中國胃太開心了～還有道菜感覺特別像國內的黃燜雞，超級好吃！而且民宿一直放周杰倫的歌，我真的太愛了！！好喜歡太感謝～推薦推薦！ La maison d’hôte est extrêmement propre et hygiénique, avec des articles de toilette et de toilette individuels emballés. Les draps sentent bon et sont doux. La sécurité est également très bonne. Je suis une jeune fille venue seule à Rabat pour un voyage d’affaires, et j’ai eu beaucoup de chance avec la propriétaire de la maison d’hôte, qui a été très attentionnée envers moi. Dès avant mon arrivée, elle a répondu patiemment à toutes mes questions et m’a aidé à planifier mon itinéraire. Ces jours-ci, la température a baissé à Rabat et elle m’a même prêté un manteau chaud ! Le petit-déjeuner buffet est délicieux : il y a des plats légers comme la bouillie de riz noir, des raviolis frits, etc. En tant que personne habituée à la cuisine chinoise, j’ai été ravie ! Il y a aussi un plat qui goûte exactement comme le poulet braisé à la chinoise, c’était incroyablement bon. En plus, la maison d’hôte passait en permanence des chansons de Jay Chou, j’ai adoré ça ! J’ai passé un séjour merveilleux, merci infiniment !

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

มันอยู่ใกล้กับ ถนน หลัก /avenue ในเมดิน่าและมีป้ายที่ชัดเจนแขวนอยู่ที่ทางแยกดังนั้นจึงค่อนข้างง่ายที่จะหา Riad พนักงานตอบสนองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องของเราสะอาดมาก แต่ผ้าห่มและผ้าเช็ดตัวดูใช้ได้ดี มีกลิ่นในห้องน้ําและฉันได้รับแจ้งว่ามันเกิดจากความชื้นเพราะฝนตกเป็นเวลาสองเดือนก่อนที่เราจะมาถึง เมดิน่าทั้งหมดได้รับผลกระทบ

โรงแรมสวย ห่างจากส่วนลด 30mn นิดหน่อย เรามีร้านอาหารที่ดีมากในร้านอาหาร Risha ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลของเอเชียโมร็อกโกและยุโรปรวมถึงบริการอาหารเช้าที่มีคุณภาพต่ําสําหรับข้าวคาร์ลตัน

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
