Top quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

красивый риад! Удобное расположение в Медине. Рядом паковка (мы оставили машину на подземной парковке на площади Баб эль хад). Дружелюбный персонал. Прекрасные завтраки - вкусно и сытно. Из минусов - слышимость, как и во всех риадах; в раковине странный смеситель, либо кипяток, либо очень сильный напор холодной воды.

He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room. The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty. The personnel was really friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
