ผผู้เข้าพัก- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat.
- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

ผผู้เข้าพักWir waren als Mutter-Tochter auf der Reise. Die Unterkunft in diesem wunderschönen Riad war traumhaft. Es befindet sich gut erreichbar in der Medina. Das Riad Dar Saidi liegt sehr zentral. Wir sind 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof gelaufen. Issam ist sehr nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Das Zimmer im Riad ist orientalisch eingerichtet. Es wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet. Es ist sauber und friedlich. Wir haben geschlafen wie Königinnen und haben sehr reichhaltig gefrühstückt. Das Riad Dar Saidi kann ich sehr empfehlen.

BbjoeThis program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point.
Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun.
The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.

The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
