Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีโทบะมาก เดินประมาณห้านาที นอกจากนี้ สถานีโทบะยังเป็นสถานีที่ชิมะโนะคาเสะ (しまかぜ) จอด ดังนั้นจึงสะดวกมาก การบริการของโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี มีพนักงานที่ทุ่มเทเพื่อช่วยคุณยกสัมภาระไปที่ห้องพักและแนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม ขอบอกว่าอาหารมื้อนี้อร่อยมากครับ มื้อเย็นนี้ เป็น Buffet ของ Tiandihai ครับ พอใจมาก แนะนำให้เข้าร้านแต่เนิ่นๆ แล้วเลือกที่นั่งริมหน้าต่างครับ และทั้งโรงอาบน้ำขนาดใหญ่และโรงอาบน้ำแบบเปิดโล่งก็มีความเก่าแก่มาก สมกับเป็นโรงแรมที่จักรพรรดิเฮเซเคยประทับอยู่จริงๆ ในตอนเช้าเราทานอาหารที่ Donghai Tower วิวทิวทัศน์นั้นดูเกินจริงไปกว่านี้อีก ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง หากคุณพบข้อเสนอพิเศษ อย่าลืมมาพักผ่อน

เราประทับใจมากกับบ่อน้ำพุร้อน อาหารเย็น และอาหารเช้า โดยเฉพาะบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้าที่หรูหราอย่างเหลือเชื่อ มีอาหารหลากหลายให้เลือกสำหรับทุกเพศทุกวัย อาหารทะเลนั้นน่าประทับใจมาก มีทั้งซาชิมิ ซูชิ กุ้ง หอยเชลล์ ปลาหมึก และปลาหมึกยักษ์ – เป็นงานเลี้ยงที่แท้จริง! นอกจากนี้ยังมีหม้อไฟเนื้อมัตสึซากะและสตูว์ รวมถึงผลไม้และของหวานมากมาย เราประสบเหตุการณ์เล็กน้อยระหว่างอาหารเย็น แต่เราประทับใจมากกับการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็วและความเอาใจใส่ของพนักงาน การต้อนรับและความเอาใจใส่เป็นสิ่งที่ยอดเยี่ยมอย่างแท้จริง และเรารู้สึกปลอดภัยที่รู้ว่าพนักงานทุกระดับมีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ! เรารู้สึกขอบคุณอย่างยิ่ง หากมีโอกาส เราอยากจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมโทบะ ซีไซด์อีกแน่นอน

ไกลเกินกว่าจะขับรถมาแต่โรงแรมสวยมากเหมาะแก่การหลีกหนีจากโลกกว้างและอยู่ใกล้ชายหาดมาก มีผู้หญิงพูดภาษาจีนที่แผนกต้อนรับซึ่งกระตือรือร้นมากในการแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว👍🏻👍🏻

The inn was conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the Toba station and a short walk to Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium. Most of all, the hospitality of our lady host was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and she made onigri for our lunch when we left the inn. Will recommend this quaint inn to our friends in Sg!

露天風呂付きのお部屋で、日常を忘れて心から寛ぐことができました。お湯の温度や景色も素晴らしく、滞在の大きな楽しみとなりました。館内は清潔で細やかに整えられており、快適に過ごせる環境が整っていると感じました。 滞在中に思いがけず大きな蜂が現れる場面がございましたが、スタッフの方が迅速かつ丁寧にご対応くださり、安心して滞在を続けることができました。その誠実な姿勢に深い安心感を覚えるとともに、おもてなしの心を強く感じました。 また、お食事は大変美味しく、旬の食材を活かした料理の一つひとつに温かみを感じました。味付けの加減も絶妙で、見た目にも美しく、食事の時間が待ち遠しくなるほどでした。 スタッフの皆様の対応は終始温かく、細やかな気配りが行き届いており、滞在全体を通して心から快適に過ごすことができました。改めて感謝申し上げます。素晴らしい体験を提供してくださるホテルであり、また必ず訪れたいと思わせてくれる場所でございます。

料理が食べきれないくらい種類が多くて手の込んだ 見た目も綺麗な素晴らしい料理でしました スタッフの方々も皆感じが良くてテキパキしてました お風呂は露天と室内と両方あり肌がすべすべになりましたお部屋に戻ってもずっと体がぽかぽかしていました お部屋はHPどおり落ち着いた風格で窓からの景色が良かった

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English. The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.

This ryokan has a good view of Toba bay. Its unique offering is that u can rent fishing rods. Guests on level 1 rooms can fish from their windows & others can go outside to do it. Onsen facilities are small & old. Rooms are also pretty run down. The futons are very thin n uncomfortable. Dinner was Matsusaka beef sukiyako and pretty good. Breakfast is simple japanese fare n no coffee is available. Service is inconsistent depending on the staff. I don't consider this place value for money.

the food is nice and presentable...unique style..but i'm with my son so i hope they wil also think if the food will suit to my son..and the page is a scam.. sorry..no sauna and karaoke
