Beauty Skin Sea Water Hot Spring and fishing from your room.
"This ryokan has a good view of Toba bay. Its unique offering is that u can rent fishing rods. Guests on level 1 rooms can fish from their windows & others can go outside to do it. Onsen facilities are small & old. Rooms are also pretty run down. The futons are very thin n uncomfortable. Dinner was Matsusaka beef sukiyako and pretty good. Breakfast is simple japanese fare n no coffee is available. Service is inconsistent depending on the staff. I don't consider this place value for money."
NNg Wee KeongThe inn was conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the Toba station and a short walk to Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium.
Most of all, the hospitality of our lady host was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and she made onigri for our lunch when we left the inn.
Will recommend this quaint inn to our friends in Sg!
The hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English.
The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.
