ผผู้เข้าพักI booked two connecting rooms for a four-night stay, having also stayed at this hotel last year. Unfortunately, this visit was a noticeable step down. For a five-star property, the service fell short in several areas. Check-in was slow, with only 1–3 front desk staff and a wait of over 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Dining was inefficient—meals took too long, breakfast lines were constant, and utensils were not properly cleaned.
On checkout day, I requested a bell cart, which was confirmed but never arrived. Follow-up calls to the front desk went unanswered, and there was no staff available to help with our bags. The checkout process itself was long and poorly managed.
This experience was disappointing compared to last year. I hope the hotel takes steps to return to the standard it once upheld.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel room was clean and very spacious. The jacuzzi was big enough. It was outside the balcony. The staff was very friendly. They offered us a gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
BBokkie TruongA small, basic room but with enough for a short stay. Receptionist and other staff really friendly. Views from the small balcony over the harbour. The breakfast was particularly tasty.
There is a fridge and a tiny kitchenette, but we didn't use it.
A mirror in the bedroom would be nice.
