This getaway was exactly what I wanted. Traditional, immersive, comfortable, accomodating. The staff came and greeted us in the car park, the dinner and breakfast was amazing, delicious, adventurous. And the onsen on the roof was perfect! The staff thoroughly explained their processes. I spoke some japanese and they spoke only some english but they were very accomating with us and welcoming. I would highly recommend and its also not far from town either. It snowed a little the night we stayed and it was so magical! We had our own private onsen at our room but the others in the ryokan are even better and available to be private, just lock door when your using.

位置處於高山上，溫泉巴士也在旅館門外，方便上落，大堂裝修不錯很古舊的氣氛，也有全天酒吧可以免費享用酒水小食。房間不算太大，但係冷氣足夠而且電視是智能電視，可以在房間觀看YouTube ！這酒店最大亮點是他們的貸切戶外風呂，真是念念不忘，奶白色泉水配上特大的溫泉，足夠八人一同享用。此外溫泉內亦有沖涼用品，很貼心，而每一戶住客可以享用50分鐘。但是如果以這價錢，晚餐卻是很一般，沒有驚喜的感覺，以十分普通的菜式呈現給客人，相比過往住的溫泉酒店所享用的膳食，有點落差，他們應該要改進一下。

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่สูง ทำให้มองเห็นเมืองฟุกุชิมะได้อย่างสวยงาม โดยเฉพาะช่วงกลางคืน พนักงานบริการเอาใจใส่ดีมาก ทุกคนยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเสมอ ห้องพักที่เราจองอาจจะดูเก่าไปหน่อย แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ ตกแต่งดี และค่อนข้างใหม่ด้วย โซนออนเซ็นก็สะอาดและทันสมัย อาหารอร่อยเกินคาดจริงๆ ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้มาก

This was a very lovely resort! The view from our room was breathtaking! We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby. The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened at 7pm and the food was amazing.

年越しにお邪魔しました。料理、お風呂、接客、とても良かったです。お料理も丁寧に説明していただき、ゆっくり楽しめました。お風呂もいろんな種類のお風呂があり、さすが飯坂温泉って思う優しく温まるお湯でした。

หากคุณไม่มีรถยนต์ ใช้เวลาเดินเพียงเล็กน้อยจากสถานี Iizaka Onsen แต่ก็คุ้มค่า ออนเซ็นนั้นยอดเยี่ยมและคุณสามารถชิมสาเกที่บาร์สาเกได้อย่างแน่นอน

บริการเป็นเลิศ! พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก เขาสามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้เล็กน้อย ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และสะอาดพร้อมห้องน้ําส่วนตัวและพื้นที่ครัวพร้อมไมโครเวฟ บริเวณโดยรอบเงียบสงบมากและทิวทัศน์สวยงามมาก มีที่จอดรถฟรี ออนเซ็นก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน เราสามารถใช้ออนเซ็นได้อีกครั้งแม้ว่าเราจะเช็คเอาท์เวลา 10.00 น. ได้กาแฟฟรี โดยรวมแล้วแนะนําถ้าคุณไปที่ Tsuchiyu, Fukushima

So close to the station.... Almost opposite. There is a Family Mart combini 20 meters away. The proximity to the station was amazing, I enjoyed spending time shopping there and also I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Nice and friendly staff and overall, a fantastic stay here

No-frills, simple set up for short term stays. Clean and comfortable for my one night stay. Staff were courteous and helpful.
