Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

พนักงานต้อนรับตอนดึกไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรเท่าไหร่ เว้นแต่คุณจะรอขึ้นเครื่องในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นจากบริษัททัวร์หลังสถานี Termini ฝั่งตะวันตกที่หันหน้าเข้าหาสถานีน่าจะสะดวกกว่า อย่างแรกเลยคือแถวนี้มีร้านค้าไม่กี่ร้าน ดึกๆ ถ้าเดินไปทางซ้ายมือของทางเข้าหลักของโรงแรมสักหน่อย จะเจอร้านพิซซ่าสไตล์ตุรกีที่ขายน้ำเปล่าและเครื่องดื่มอื่นๆ เหมือนมินิมาร์ท แต่ร้านนี้ไม่มีใน Google Maps ต้องบอกก่อนว่ามินิบาร์ไม่มีน้ำดื่มฟรี เลยต้องออกไปซื้อเอง ข้อเสียอย่างหนึ่งคือหน้าต่างโปร่งใส ทำให้มองเห็นแขกทุกคนในมุมเฉียงๆ ได้ แปลกใจที่เห็นแขกเปลือยกายในห้องอื่นๆ ผ้าม่านเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Best locations outside Rome center but 5 minutes away from Holy Vatican Good staff and really good break fast Superb pool

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ห่างจากสถานีปลายทางโรมเพียงถนนเดียว มีร้านอาหารมากมายที่ชั้นล่าง และยังมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตคาร์ฟูร์ในบริเวณใกล้เคียงซึ่งสะดวกในการซื้อน้ำ ความปลอดภัยบนท้องถนนดีมาก โรงแรมที่ใจดีและสุภาพมาก☺️พบเขาหลายครั้ง ทุกคนทักทายและพูดคุยกับเรา มีแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ดังนั้นไม่ว่าเที่ยวบินจะเช้าแค่ไหนก็ไม่ต้องกังวล ด้วยอุปกรณ์ทำความร้อนแบบเพื่อนๆ ภาคเหนือ โชคดีที่ผมเห็นมันตอนเด็กๆ แล้วรู้ว่าเป็นท่อทำความร้อน ไม่งั้นผมคงนึกว่าเป็น ”บันได” ในร่มซะอีก ฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้ในครั้งต่อไปที่ไปโรม แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ~

A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

เราพักอยู่สามวันเพื่อเยี่ยมชมกรุงโรมและบริเวณโดยรอบ ที่พักเป็นบังกะโลใหม่และสะอาด รถจอดอยู่ที่ประตูและรถสาธารณะเพื่อไปยังใจกลางกรุงโรม ห่างจากประตูที่ตั้งแคมป์ 200 เมตร ไม่สามารถดีกว่านี้ได้

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.
