"Only stayed the one night but would be happy to stay longer, didn't stay in the hotel itself but in an room in the road at the back,,not a problem as very quiet,,very clean good toiletries, and excellent breakfast,,would I stay again,,for sure,,"

"當天5:30我們就到了羅馬機場，但是由於交通的問題，我們9:30才到達9:00附近，然後這個酒店的名字比較小，基本上看不見，等到找到9:00的時候已經是晚上10:00左右了按了門鈴，門衞給開了門，然後到達了一層，然後一種預感可能進不去，因為酒店沒有發給我入住的密碼，基本上你的好多酒店都是需要自助辦理入住的，在到羅馬的前兩天給邱店一直跟我聯繫，一直保持很好的聯繫，但是直到我把護照照片發到他的短訊上，他也沒有給我入住密碼，直到晚上10:00多，我感覺我露宿街頭了，聯繫了攜程寫成網上客服人員告知了酒店，然後9:00才給我打來了電話，然後電話裏説要我們的護照照片，我説我已經發到我你的短訊上了，但是他一直説沒有收到，然後墨跡了好半天，還有兩個意大利情侶聽到我們門鈴了，從房間裏出來幫我們聽電話，然後他先把房間號告訴我們了，門卡就在房間的旁邊，然後才給我發來了入住的密碼還有注意事項，然後才看到了我的短訊收到了是我早就發了，發了護照照片之後就沒有人聯繫我了知道中間存在誤會還是什麼原因，差點露宿街頭"

"Firstly, the experience was amazing. Before I even arrived at the hotel, they asked me on what time I will be arriving. Secondly, the room was spacious for 1/2 person with a lot of amenities (shower cap, still and sparkling water, soap and shampoo). Thirdly, I demanded a lot of things from the reception and they did a great job in fulfilling all my wishes (e.g., luggage storage, postponed city-tax payment, room extension). So overall experience were great. However, there were 2 things that should be noted: (1) the hotel lobby and the lift were really small and (2) the lobby bathroom was really small too. Therefore, that was the only downside for me."

"Bunk beds weren’t the best to sleep on. Had no face to face interaction with anyone. Otherwise was close to the train station and room was clean."

"Un accueil chaleureux, mais un environnement et un confort décevants Points positifs : L’appartement en lui-même était propre et le ménage était effectué quotidiennement avec soin. Un grand merci à Kate qui a été adorable ; elle a été très réactive et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à nos demandes immédiatement ! Points négatifs : Malgré la bonne volonté de Kate, notre séjour a été mitigé. Nous avons eu assez froid dans le logement : bien que le chauffage soit allumé, il ne chauffait pas suffisamment pour assurer un confort correct. Surtout, nous avons été profondément déçus par le quartier. L'emplacement est particulièrement isolé, ce qui complique un peu les déplacements (le tram était en panne), et l'environnement immédiat manque cruellement d'entretien. La saleté des rues alentour et le sentiment de délaissement de la zone sont vraiment dommageables et ont pesé sur notre séjour. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis particulièrement à l'aise dans cet environnement extérieur."
