"You must call the hotel if you arrive after hours. They will help you check in through the phone. I used Skype as I didn’t have one. Directions were easy to follow but you must know English. The room was nice and clean. Bed was hard which I like. There weren’t any blankets (just thin sheet) which was fine since it was during a heatwave. The pillow options were good. The bathroom was big with fancy lighting options. The air conditioning was strong. Only the internet didn’t work and it was difficult to go out of the gate. However, I called the hotel and they were patient in helping me immediately. For one night, it was a pleasant stay. The area around the hotel is quite dirty, but it is also directly across from Tiburtina station. There are only two hotels this close, the other being Adesso hotel."
"I like the location. It is quiet and yet welcoming and comfortable. It is near the Saint Peter's Basilica for just a 15 minute walk. The front desk clerk was friendly. I would love to book again next time I come to Rome."
