It was amazing experience with hotel in this 2 days. Really appreciating efforts in service, every staff was very gentle and cooperative. I will again want to visit the hotel.

We stayed at The Source. Excellent stay, good food, very courteous and helpful staff. Worth the visit, we strongly recommend this stay. We are particularly thankful to: Pratik and Nair who were circulating around to see our requirements; Dhananjay Pichad, Ashwini and Baby Yadav who were very helpful and cheerful at the restaurants and Lama who was at the wine tour. These names do not include so many others whom we came to know but could not get their names. We would certainly like to return.
Had a pleasant stay at treat. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with good connectivity. Would definitely visit again.
Facilities for regular guests should not be blocked for special events like marriages etc.( Basket ball court was blocked/the privacy expected at the swimming pool was completely lost etc). Most of the house keeping was delayed because the housekeeping staff was diverted towards the fulfillment of marriage setup. While I m sure you make a lot of revenue during those 2 days when the marriage is held at your facility, pls do keep in mind that regulars at your hotel keep the cash registers ticking for the remaining 363 days..
Visited Nashik and stayed at the Aria from 18/10 to 20/10, 3 adults in a room with an extra bed. Booked through *********** and paid a premium amount for the rooms. Patio room had no view at all. Corridor leading to the room is poorly lit, and the corridor is stuffed from the games which had been removed from the adjoining game area to accommodate an event. Room was spacious but again the passage and wardrobe is lit poorly. For a resort property the amenities in the room and quality of linen is horrible. No shaving kit, no loofah, no shower caps, no vanity kit - nothing. No slippers or bathrobes in the wardrobe and only 2 hangers. No iron and ironing board, no laundry bags, not sure if they have a laundry in house. Inspite of the room being booked on triple occupancy - only 2 towels, 2 dental kits and 2 litres of water were placed. The room phone didn’t work so had to call the hotel board line every time from my mobile to request anything. Staff was least bothered, while leaving the hotel for site seeing mentioned about the short coming and requested to have the extra bed placed but nothing was done when I returned. Upon return the light of the room kept tripping every 5 mins and I had to go to the lobby and raise my voice to get this sorted. Post day 1 cleaning towels remained at 2 and tea cup was never replaced. We managed to have tea coffee in water glass. Thankfully water was replenished. There is a banquet space right outside the room and it was loud every evening. The AC in the room is also super noisy and there is a whooshing sound constantly in the room. Pool side is not well maintained and no pool towels or loungers are present. Breakfast spread was average, the dosas though were an absolute delight. Super delicious. If the hotel is charging so much and labelling itself as a resort it should ensure it works towards it. This was not a resort experience. Not recommended at all, much better places in Nashik.
DDhiraj KuwarI recently stayed at the Hotel Express Inn Nashik in one of their executive rooms, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering a good balance of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from the room was quite nice, adding a relaxing touch to the stay.
The service was commendable, with the staff being attentive and responsive to any requests or needs. They were friendly and made sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The hotel’s facilities were also impressive, particularly the dining options. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, catering to different tastes.
However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was a bit inconsistent, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient, as it took some time to cool the room adequately.
Despite these small setbacks, my stay at Hotel Express Inn Nashik was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. The executive rooms, in particular, offer good value for the price, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
House keeping was excellent food was nice especially puja Sheetal Hemant and Nitin Supervisor are professional and good behaved people they are taking care nicely. Room are clean and hygiene. Reception people are professional and well behaving
Very nice stay , my third year with my family at this place. The team is fantastic ensuring they take good care of their guests. The staff are humble and sincere. The place has become like a second home for us. Rocky sir and his family and team are doing a very good job. The food is amazing and the place is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for a stay with your entire family. Special mention Eeshwar from the kitchen staff is very humble and genuine and helpful.
I am staying in this hotel for the past two days (6th and 7th nights) and will be checking out today 8th Oct 2024. The hotel is very good. The check out time is 11 AM. Only one insensitive remark from the front office executive jarred us. I informed the front office executive that I would be checking out at 08:30 AM to go for rituals near the Godavari. Every hotel has the facility to allot a room to a guest, who checks out early, for at least a duration of 30 minutes to freshen up, when they come to pick their luggage from the reception. But here the front office executive bluntly said that you can keep the luggage in the reception and go, and, collect it later, but you will not get any facility to freshen up. We have no choice but to do what he says. Truly said, it is the employees of any Hotel who make the experience good or bad. The bluntness of the front office executive has left a bad taste. Other than this, our experience in the hotel is good. I hope this Hotel conducts a training program for this front office executive so that he talks to guests with some sensitivity. Regards, Subramanyam Ravi Shankar.
ผผู้เข้าพักA not so great experience. Excellent checkin but bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. Used sheets were not changed and it took some time for the staff to change them. Towels had lost their original white colour and need to be replaced. No mats provided outside the bathroom door as a result a lot of wet patches in the room. Food in the restaurant was good and the serving staff were good. But there were a lot of flies hovering around the tables and food. One hand was utilized in shooing the flies away. Given the cost of the room expected better things. Plus point more than adequate parking space, located ideally on the highway easily accessible.
ผผู้เข้าพักIt was very nice experience. Very cordial staff. They accepted my request for early check in. Very quick service and all services were good. Very clean rooms beyond expectations. Nice breakfast. Instant attended all queries. I think it deserve to be rated high in terms of staff. Infrastructure and all services.
