"The property is at a great location, small yet cosy and you will love the view and winters/monsoon can be your best time. Adventure activities caters to all age groups so can be best for family or friends. Have outdoor as well as arcade games and indoor games ***** with kids play equipments. So has everyone covered. All security measures are taken in adventure activities but should add safety gloves especially in high rope activity, had a fall and skin peeled from my palm as your natural instinct of holding something. None the less it was extremely fun and we all enjoyed it. Food is a mixed review, we were vegetarian and we had 2 meals and breakfast at the property, but felt once that the oil they fry nonveg is the same oil they use for frying veg food as well. However otherwise the food is tasty. They have jain food also available but it might be an issue for the same reason. There is a sam’s kitchen 5 min walking from the property and it serves delicious food as well. Youll can have food there. Property does not serve alcohol inhouse but you can carry your own bottles or buy beer from a beer shop 5 mins walking from the property. Overall the staff is great and property is maintained well. 2 points and they can improve the overall experience to the next level"

"Breath taking views fresh oxygen staying in the nature and with the nature what else u cud ask for?atmosphere is Waw people and staff are extremely polite and humble. Rooms were big and colonial style which takes u back to that era! Only thing which is a lil dot is they shud improve the cooking quality not all but some dishes which certainly needs supervision. #Shubham right from contacting him for booking till our departure has been extremely helpful! "I had a disappointing experience at Quality Inn Regency in Nashik. I checked in on November 4, 2025, 11 p.m and stayed for a day in two rooms. Despite completing all formalities,I requested a simple exchange of the complimentary water bottle for a chilled one, which the receptionist refused, even arguing with me. I had to escalate the issue to the hotel manager, and it took an hour for cold water to be provided. *Key Issues:* - *Reception Service*: The staff seemed uncooperative and unwilling to accommodate a simple request. - *Communication*: The receptionist's behavior was argumentative, which added to the frustration. - *Problem Resolution*: The issue was eventually resolved, but it required involving the hotel manager and took considerable time. If we planning to stay in Nashik again, we might want to explore other options. There are many hotels that prioritize guest satisfaction and may offer a better experience. Anuj jain"
