Regenta The Place at Sindhubhavan Road truly lives up to Regenta’s high standards. The ambiance perfectly reflects the Regenta vibe, paired with amazing food. I thoroughly enjoyed their pure-veg menu — highly recommended! We feel truly fortunate and grateful to have earned the trust of the Regenta owners as their interior designers.

ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้เป็นเวลาสามวันโดย mmt มันอยู่ห่างจากผู้คนในเมือง แต่ไม่ไกลเกินไป การเช็คอินไม่ยุ่งยากในเวลาอันสั้น แผนกต้อนรับและพนักงานมีพฤติกรรมที่อบอุ่นพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือในทุกวิถีทาง ค่าห้องพักก็สมเหตุสมผลเช่นกัน Ac ห้องของฉันใช้งานไม่ได้ และหลังจากบ่นพวกเขาเปลี่ยนและอัพเกรดห้องโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ความสะอาดดีมาก อาหารในร้านอาหารก็อร่อยมาก

Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

If i honestly rate the room out of 5 ratings. 1. Room spacious: 5/5 2. Room amenities: 4/5 3. Check in/check out: 5/5 4. Staff and reception: 5/5 5. Location : 3. 5/5 6. Ambience: 4. 5/5 7. Food : delicious 5/5 improve area- air conditioning systems. Not sufficient as per size of the room need more powerful as per my experience.

Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

Good behaviour of receptionist mr. Nitesh, one of the best stay in kanpur room are clean and quick service.
