In the first time for check in he help me as well. Hence, I left good review in the domestic application which he worked. But after that he just leave me with my hopeness :(

So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..
