ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลสะดวกติดกับท่าเรือข้ามฟากอ่าวฮาร์เบอร์ โรงแรมใช้เวลาเดินไม่ถึง 5 นาทีผ่านห้างสรรพสินค้า Bayfront มีร้านอาหารสไตล์ท้องถิ่น ร้านกาแฟ และร้านสะดวกซื้อให้เลือกมากมาย ทางเดินริมน้ำที่สวยงามตั้งอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับการชมพระอาทิตย์ตกในตอนเย็น พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตรโดยเฉพาะ Reza & Andre มีบริการเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับ ห้องพักสวยและสะดวกสบาย เตียงนอนสบาย จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนเมื่อต้องการพักที่บาตัม👍

SERVICE WAS SUPERB - booked this short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the team really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and were prepared to wait but right from the getgo, Ayu who checked us in - was all smiles and even stepped out from behind her counter (she did not have to) to wish us a Happy Anniversary and to let us know that the hotel prepared a small surprise for us. We went to the room and were greeted with the LOVELIEST note and towel art, and mirror art which we could not even bear to wipe away by the lovely Amel. All the staff there were really very smiley right from the entrance all the way to housekeeping. Food in the hotel was great - room service as well as breakfast buffet. Breakfast was a mix of local food, indomie (!!!), eggs station and assortment of western and pastries too! My favourite was the fresh juices, tea and eggs station! It was a nice spread! Amel received us at breakfast on Day 2 and 3 and even prepared a special meal for us - it was really yummy and THOUGHTFUL and the icing on top was when the entire team came out to sing us a song (with a guitar and the full works :')) and the cake on Day 3! We are sold to come back to only 4 Points Sheraton Batam for life every time we visit because they really made us feel so so welcomed and special.

ห้องพักขนาดกําลังดี มีเตียงแฝด 2 เตียง สะอาด มีพื้นที่ให้ปรับปรุงหลายอย่าง เช่น ปลั๊กไฟทํางานไม่ค่อยดี เชื่อมต่อส่วนใหญ่หลวม และไม่สามารถชาร์จโทรศัพท์มือถือและแล็ปท็อปได้ไม่สม่ําเสมอ ทีวีไม่มีช่องทํางานและแม้แต่ช่องทีวีท้องถิ่น การเชื่อมต่อ WiFi ในห้องก็อ่อนแอเชื่อมต่อหลายครั้ง แต่ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยรวมแล้วมันเป็นทําเลที่ดีและสะดวกสําหรับการเข้าพัก 1 คืน ไม่แนะนําให้พักหลายวัน

The room is good and bed is comfy. I don't like the toilet, it's quite small indeed. The room also have mosquitoes, quite annoying. Service wise is not very helpful. I'm asking for a small change for the grab as most of the grab drivers in Batam don't have small change, a BIG hotel just shun you off and say don't have ... Just a small change if breaking IDR50,000 also don't have! Breakfast is terrible thou, nothing to fancy about ... I stayed for 4 days 3 nights, but I can say every morning breakfast is a disaster

Budget hotel with minimum amenities. Room and toilet had a weird/musty smell. Not recommended for a long stay.

เมื่อฉันเช็คอินตอนกลางคืน น่าผิดหวังมากที่เห็นมีคราบบนผ้าปูที่นอน แต่พวกเขาจัดการเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนให้เราตอนกลางคืน

Although i reach late after 11 pm able to check in. Location is good. Cheap in Price

The villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad. It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab.
