โรงแรมที่มีที่จอดรถในคิงซตันอัพพอนฮัล

On arrival at the hotel was greeted at reception by a lovely lady who informed us we had been ungraded to a suite . Went to breakfast didn’t feel welcome at all in the restaurant Never once asked if everything was ok but the older lady asked everyone else. Young girl working with her was very nice when she presented our breakfast. Maybe the lady thinks black people are aliens Maybe because of the colour of our skin. Lovely lady welcome us at reception on our arrival and announce that we to be upgraded to our delight, room nice. Won’t be ever staying again

hotel itself is good very clean and tidy - location was difficult to get to from hull station as all walking paths seem to be blocked off ended up getting uber here. I stayed when there was a party downstairs so kids kept coming up to pop balloons in my door but after i told reception it stopped all in all will stay again

มันดี

We didn't eat as restaurant not open until March but everything else was spot on

Gentleman on reception when checking in, very welcoming and good. Special request put in for special requirements. Overcharged in the sky bar, service slow, enquired about the overcharge at front desk following check-out. Took my enquiry and informed them. Went back later in the day, No small print or acknowledgement only certain drinks are in the 'happy hour' which in-turn, wasn't very happy. Dismissed with lack of respect the following afternoon.. Could be improved. Refund not accepted. Good parts, other parts not so good. [...]

Staff were helpful and lovely , food was good , service was excellent, rooms need to be upgraded , stains on the wall , carpet ripped, toilet was very lose , every time you used it you felted like the tank was going to fall , nasty stains in the toliet bowl , tv on the wall was very small , the picture next to it was bigger, bedding and towels were clean

Sound enough for the price. I’ve stayed a couple of times and you don’t want a room on the road, the hgv’s pulling out of the docks at 4am aren’t quiet.

Superb stay at the weekend for a friends wedding. From the manager to the cleaner every member of staff could do enough for you. Linda, Lisa,Mia, Lauren, Nikkie and the new member of staff Katie were amazing and very tentative. Food was amazing and very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel to any future traveller.
