GGordonเราก็ผิดหวังในสถานการณ์ที่จอดรถ ไม่ได้ทําให้ชัดเจนว่าต้องขับรถเข้าไปตรงไหนมีป้ายบอกทางออกและกดให้เค้ายกที่กั้น แล้วเสียดายที่ไม่มีห้องเลยต้องโทรเข้าไปหารีเซฟชั่นเพื่อหาว่าเราจอดที่ไหนได้มันเครียดไปหน่อยและอาจจะหลีกเลี่ยงได้ ตัวโรงแรมมีความปลอดภัยมากเพราะต้องกดเพื่อเข้าทางเข้า เมื่อไปถึง reception ที่ชั้น 1 เราได้การต้อนรับและจัดสรรห้องพัก ห้องพักเหนื่อยมากมีรอยขีดข่วนและรอยขีดข่วนผนังและเพดาน ห้องน้ํามีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันแต่รอยแตกใหญ่มากอยู่ในกระเบื้องบนพื้นยาวประมาณสองฟุตครึ่ง หัวฝักบัวสกปรกและด้านล่างของประตูหลักหลุดลอกไปหมด เตียงเป็นที่นอนเดี่ยวสองเตียงวางไว้ด้วยกันซึ่งใช้งานได้ดีอย่างเห็นได้ชัดและหมายถึงมีหลุมกั้นระหว่างซึ่งไม่ค่อยสะดวกสบายเท่าไหร่ บาร์ราคาแพงสําหรับเครื่องดื่มและพนักงานดูเหมือนจะทําหน้าที่บริการและทําความสะอาดโต๊ะ ฯลฯ พนักงานคนเดิมบางคนที่ทานอาหารเช้าและมันก็แค่รู้สึกว่าพนักงานน้อยไปหน่อยโดยรวม ตัวอาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอแต่ธรรมดาๆ เราได้แจ้ง reception เรื่องการเช็คเอาท์ของข้อหาเนื่องจากเราไม่ใช่คนที่จะบ่นแต่ปัญหาต่างๆ ทําให้แตกต่างกันและบางเรื่องก็แค่การบํารุงรักษาทั่วไป

pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.
Staff were lovely though .

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Lots of coaches come here so pretty busy.
Be aware even if your itinerary says parking that does not mean it’s been paid. It’s an additional £3
Also I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception who booked us in but she was pretty blunt and rude.
The rest of the staff throughout was fantastic.

ผผู้เข้าพักomg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

ผผู้เข้าพักClean, tidy, and COMPACT accommodation. Used as a base going out during the day and eating breakfast and evening meals at local venues.
The location was excellent for walking to the Blackpool Tower and along the promenade.
The onsite staff were available, cheerful, and helpful.
Amenities were adequate. The en-suite included a GOOD shower, but it was NOT spacious. The fridge in the room was very useful for fruit etc. Kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
Iron and ironing board available on the premises.
Note that parking, one space at the side of the property, was an extra charge per night, otherwise parking on the street, or at locally managed car parks at various rates.

TTrip.com SGJPIt's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator.
The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi.
There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night.

ผผู้เข้าพักClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
