ผผู้เข้าพักOverall a good experience except the guests living on top of us are quite noisy. But we don't hear anything from other neighbors. Thus, we don't think it's the soundproof issue, most probably is just the guests above is extremely inconsiderate of others.
The room is as described, the bed is quite comfy. The neighborhood is quite nice and calm. Location a little bit far from the centre but can easy reach by tram nearby. If you enjoy walking, about 30 mins walk you could reach most places. To Euralille train station is about 15 mins walks.
We recommend it.

Petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant pour le tarif de 14 euros. Peu de choses à manger en sucré. Pas de yaourts nature, pas de sirop d'érable, pas de quatre-quart, de madeleines, ou de brioche...
De plus, il manquait de tout et en cas d'affluence il n'y avait absolument plus rien à manger. Certaines personnes ont attendu près de 20 minutes pour avoir ne serait-ce qu'un croissant.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Mmiss banzaiSecond time at that hotel and I still really like it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. First time I was there, I had musquitos in my room in November which was surprising, this time I did not have any. The room was clean and spacious. I also love the location which is straight on the city center and still a lot of public parking around the hotel.just heads up in case you have heavy luggage, that hotel has no lift and goes up to 3 floors. Other than that very nice and very friwndlyg 🥵

This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for those on a road trip. We were very grateful that the receptionist allowed us to check in at 11 PM, well past the 9 PM cut-off, which was incredibly helpful after a long drive.
The room was small, just enough for a double bed. The bathroom was compact yet functional, though it had barely enough space to stand up comfortably for a shower, even for someone with a lean build; we weren't sure how heavier individuals would manage.
A big plus was the ample parking space. While it's a bit outside the city with no other amenities, it's a nice place for a sleepover if you're driving.
