โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในนอร์

Located in the centre of Lille, very close to the main sights and Tourist Information Centre and metro station.  The room was a good size, with a decent kitchenette and large fridge, and a nice sized shower cubicle in the bathroom.  There were plenty of cupboards, and little touches like lots of hanging space in the bathroom and fold out rack to dry small things.  We stayed for 3 nights and not having daily room service did not pose a problem, there was a hoover and iron in the room.  The reception staff were friendly, they have a little board with recommended eating places, local shops etc.  We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places nearby, and the supermarket is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.  Altogether a comfy stay in a most convenient location at a very reasonable price.

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

Encore un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Art Déco de Lille la Madeleine, deuxième séjour passé dans cet établissement atypique, propreté, calme sont au rendez-vous, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, seul petit bémol, les chambres ne sont pas pourvues de douches que des baignoires, mais avec de belles robinetteries, bref, nous reviendrons une troisième fois lors d’un prochain séjour, le plus de cet établissement, une ligne de tram juste en face de l’hôtel qui vous emmène en centre ville.

J'avoue qu'en connaissant bien Lille, j'avais quelques réserves à l'idée de séjourner dans le quartier de Lille-Moulins. La présence d'un parking privé, même de taille modeste, m'a toutefois rassuré. Installé dans une ancienne maison de maître pleine de charme, l'hôtel offre une atmosphère chaleureuse. La chambre, bien que petite, est confortable et agréable. Le quartier semble évoluer positivement et je pense que son environnement continuera à s'améliorer. Au final, j'ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande volontiers cet établissement.

It was alright, the person at the counter was nice also cool that the bedsheets already put in place for you although they don't give you towels soap or anything which is kinda mid tier most places even if cheap offer that. The shower didn't have light and every 25seconds you'd have to press the button to get more water. Overall 3.5/5 stars

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

Hele ruime kamer en dichtbij allemaal winkels. Prima badkamer met lekkere douche. Om 11:30 uur kwam ik terug van een wandeling en werkte de cijfercode van de kamer niet meer terwijl ik tot 12 uur in mijn kamer mocht blijven. Bij de receptie aangegeven en toen liep er iemand mee die de deur open deed. Eenmaal op mijn kamer bezig kwam er weer iemand van housekeeping binnen. Gelukkig was ik mij niet aan het omkleden. Ik snap niet waarom ze de kamer in gaan als je tot 12 uur mag blijven en ik nog niet had uitgecheckt. Ik zal de volgende keer het kaartje aan de deur hangen met niet storen. Verder waren ze wel erg vriendelijk en raad ik dit hotel aan iedereen aan.

The location is perfect but even if it looks renovated, the floor creaks when you walk. You can tell its old. Bad smell coming from the bathroom. The bed is not inviting for a rest and cn hear all the noise  not just from the outside but from all the adjacent rooms.
