MmharsnClose to a metro station, but not close to any of the sites. Still, they are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
The food court / common room is nice, with lots of couches and power outlets. It closes at night though, and then there is no place to go except back to your room.
The dorm rooms have air conditioning, which is nice. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi throughout.
The morning and daytime front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

ผผู้เข้าพักIt is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

FFanHeheThis was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible.
You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot.
Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel.
Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh...
The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night.
When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately.
Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control.

ผผู้เข้าพักHele ruime kamer en dichtbij allemaal winkels. Prima badkamer met lekkere douche. Om 11:30 uur kwam ik terug van een wandeling en werkte de cijfercode van de kamer niet meer terwijl ik tot 12 uur in mijn kamer mocht blijven. Bij de receptie aangegeven en toen liep er iemand mee die de deur open deed. Eenmaal op mijn kamer bezig kwam er weer iemand van housekeeping binnen. Gelukkig was ik mij niet aan het omkleden. Ik snap niet waarom ze de kamer in gaan als je tot 12 uur mag blijven en ik nog niet had uitgecheckt. Ik zal de volgende keer het kaartje aan de deur hangen met niet storen. Verder waren ze wel erg vriendelijk en raad ik dit hotel aan iedereen aan.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Xxavier christian samJ’ai passé un excellent séjour au Napoléon Hôtel à Lille. L’emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la gare et à deux pas du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec une équipe disponible et souriante.
La chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée de visite. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme malgré la situation centrale.
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Lille dans de très bonnes conditions !

ผผู้เข้าพักHi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU
