我們十一點多就到酒店了 Rain特別特別nice 不但讓我們提前入住 而且幫我們升級了房型 幫我們開了兩個親子雙床房 河景特別特別美麗 服務特別特別特別棒。就是前台的工作人員素質真的非常非常高。因為我這次帶的家人平均年齡都五十多歲，各種要求。前台的工作人員都願意耐心的解答和滿足。 清掃的阿姨也特別好。額外多要了些紙巾都滿足了我們。 早餐非常豐盛，早餐的阿姨也特別好。給我們煮了餛飩。麪條，放了好多肉丸子和菜菜。 這個酒店是我此次江浙滬出行最喜歡的酒店。沒有之一。 下次如果我還去西塘，一定還住這裏。 走的時候拿給我們了伴手禮一份。 西塘因為這個酒店而變得不一樣了。

西塘古鎮景區內新開別墅酒店，是我喜歡的風格就定了，入住後非常驚喜，酒店地理位置也超級方便，景區內酒店樓下就有停車位，走兩步就到景區核心區域了，和朋友一起入住的都非常滿意，老闆很熱情，服務很好，有問必答！我們自駕遊，剛開到景區門口就出來接我們，指引停車位，幫忙拿行李，還會告訴遊玩攻略和特色的餐館，房間智能客控,設施齊全，超大投影屏幕，非常乾淨温馨，特別是一樓庭院茶室，現代園林景觀設計，環境氛圍很好，很適合休閑拍照，處處是景，花園式別墅酒店，內部環境勝似於莊園，整體入住體驗很不錯！性價比很高，是出遊休閑度假的不二選擇！
