Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the main street, food market, shops, bars, restaurants, and one of the many beautiful canals and scenic spots. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with the concierge available at any time and always ready to help. They even went the extra mile by picking us up at the entrance gate and escorting us back to the taxi after check-out. Overall, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Even before we arrived, communication was excellent. The owner met us in person and walked us to the hotel, located in a charming no-cars area right by the river, just 100 meters away. On the way, she gave us recommendations that turned out to be absolutely spot-on, we enjoyed our meal on the beautiful terrace thanks to her tips. In the evening, we asked for a knife to cut some fruit, and instead, she kindly brought it to us already cut and peeled, along with mosquito spray, such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s decor is tastefully done, combining style with real comfort, and we even had complimentary famous Wuyi rock tea, the best type to try! To top it all off, we were upgraded! We slept like babies and were amazed to wake up after 9 and a half hours of uninterrupted rest. Truly a perfect stay.

The location is very convenient, close to both Wanlian and Yintai Shopping Centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The lobby is modern and well-presented, creating a good first impression. We stayed for a longer period, so having laundry facilities was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the room. We raised this issue, and the staff did try to move us to another room. However, it seemed that all rooms had a similar smoking smell, despite being advertised as non-smoking rooms. This made our stay quite uncomfortable.

預訂流程：預訂前致電酒店就告知晚上17:00和8:00前抵達可以免景區門票，這點算是福利。（特殊日期除外，務必提前確認），預訂後酒店會添加微信告知導航和細節，是比較主動和貼心的。 酒店位置：西塘某門附近，算好找，進去也方便看到酒店，裏面逛算比較偏的地方，這門票我是覺得不值得一買。 辦理入住：有點慢，尚能接受。晚上前台就不在了，喊一下小姑娘已經穿好自己衣服在餐廳區有點奇怪。 房間環境：不大，宣傳照都是廣角精修的，比較老舊，看起來也不是很乾凈，不能挑剔。 房間服務：有送水果和晚上銀耳羹點心，小朋友有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，早上口味一般能吃飽。 優勢：住景區裏還是方便的，特別早上還沒什麼人的時候，喜歡古鎮的安靜，商業氣息也淡化了些。

The bed space was clean and comfy, the bed was firm and comfortable. Like many hostels in China, you'll need to put the bedsheets on yourself. Slippers and a toothbrush are provided. I checked in in the morning and the room was quite dirty and disorganised. I've been told that the cleaning lady only comes in around noon and the next few days were cleaner. There were also no bedsheets in my bed space but the reception was quick to provide me with some. The journey from the metro station to the hostel is quite bumpy and not easy if you have a heavy 28-inch luggage like me since you also need to cross a main road. One last thing, it seems like they're in operation for quite some time now because the environment is not as bright as pictured. There are mold on the walls of the room, peeling paint etc. Overall still quite a good stay with the price with about a 10min walk to the Confucius Temple area.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

การเดินทางชมทิวทัศน์รอบ ๆ สะดวกมาก ห้องพักเรียบง่ายและสะดวกสบาย เจ้าของเป็นกันเองมาก มีรูปถ่ายผู้คนสวมชุดฮั่นฝูมากมายในบริเวณนี้ ฉันถ่ายเมื่อวันที่ 4 พฤษภาคม และมีคนค่อนข้างน้อย สองวันแรกเป็นช่วงพีค เหมือนตลาดใหญ่ที่มีผู้คนพลุกพล่าน แต่แท้จริงแล้วเป็นเมืองโบราณที่มีบรรยากาศคึกคักมาก
