MM450859****這家酒店要好好誇一下，也是我在北海和潿洲島住的最滿意的酒店，環境很美也很有氛圍，同等價位，裝修標準真的高出很多，房間裏有氛圍音樂，這個在民宿第一次見，窗簾碼頭都是智能，另外服務是真的好，從下潿洲島到離開，都是全程服務，幫拿行李，聯繫車輛，在大廳等車時間還喝了現做咖啡和果汁，口感和咖啡館一樣，省下大幾十。我訂的泡池房間也很棒，泡着很舒服，點了外賣雞尾酒🍸，有度假感。夜裡忘記聯繫店家關泡池設備，把自己吵醒，還有早上隔壁民宿大爺大媽們一早就開始吹笛子，這也沒辦法，和酒店沒關係。衞生乾淨，床品很舒服，是計劃下次帶孩子來北湖再來住住，喜歡度假感的小夥伴放心沖。走時還有伴手禮和百歲山礦泉水。

ผผู้เข้าพักGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

ผผู้เข้าพักI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

LLateshaThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful. The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy. I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

TTraveling Family from GermanyHad a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against. My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first? Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean. At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast. That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.

ผผู้เข้าพัก因為帶着小孩，所以都是選看起來比較乾淨衞生的，酒店真的很乾凈廁所也是看起來很乾凈，房間沒有多餘的裝飾，很整潔，也沒有異味，樓下的泳池也蠻好的，有遮陰，早餐雖然比較簡單但是應該是店主弄的也很清爽，唯一不足的就是對於我們人多的來説曬衣服的位置不夠，其他都挺好的！！！
