"Я нас был номер на 30 этаже, изначально дали другой, но я бронировала с ванной, поэтому настояла на замене. Номер просто чудесный, красивый, с видом на море! Администратор - милая девушка, помогала во всех наших вопросах, еще и без знания языков, переводчик нас спасал) Единственный минус - грязные полы, даже при заселении. Все остальное просто великолепно, при случае возвращения в Бэйхай остановлюсь именно здесь!"

"The holiday inn at Beihai is a short walk to the beach. The staff are excellent. We arrived a little early and were able to check in. Staff were very friendly. The room didn’t have a bar fridge but that wasn’t a big problem as there are place to eat all around. Would recommend."

"116平台又有優惠106，可以有海景房很不錯，房間很大，還有獨立餐廳，陽台有躺椅可以吹吹海風，就是陽台欄桿很多灰塵。 洗澡間的紙盒起銹，有些陳舊建議還一個新的，洗髮露和洗浴液牙膏很一般不好用，我就在超市自己買了。床頭櫃上面的插口比較松不好充電，建議店家還一個新的方便充電。 在市場買了海鮮，建議不要去對面的週記大排檔，那麼好的食材煮起那麼難吃，樓下有出租電動車出行很方便，靠近金灘晚上有宵夜吃味道還是不錯的。 大體入住還是不錯的，下次有機會還會來，留點遺憾下次來金灘看日出。"

"首先在攜程訂的希爾頓酒店並不能夠積分，另外這家酒店整體的樓是非常新的，而且是單獨的大樓大堂和樓道期間都是非常乾淨整潔的，氣味也不錯，前台服務人員包括其他客房服務人員的態度都是非常好，但是效度效率實在是太慢了，比方説要一瓶礦泉水叫房間服務，至少需要等待30分鐘也沒有機器人送，雖然大家的態度都很好，但如果提高效率的話，才能夠有更好的體驗感，另外房間裏面的背皮都是蠻舒適的，但是有些細節處的衞生做得不是很好，比方説水池的這個洗漱杯下面的墊子全部是發黃的，在品質和細節上應該要做得更好，才能夠配得上這個品牌"

"酒店位置就在高鐵站正對面，過一條馬路步行幾分鐘就到酒店。酒店附近就有商場和便利店，逛街吃飯很方便。打車去銀灘、老街等景點很近，費用也不貴。房間乾淨舒適，六樓還有洗衣房健身房。前台小怡服務熱情高效，還貼心準備了小童拖鞋和牙具。早餐種類豐富，尤其是的本地特色湯粉，早上來一碗特別熨貼。下次來北海，這裏依然是我的首選"

CCharms928Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:) Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island! Overall A+ experience! (Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

ผผู้เข้าพัก房間很整潔，蠻温馨的，空間大，榻榻米床孩子們都喜歡，睡的很舒服。旁邊有便利店，還有一個菜店買東西很方便。老闆熱情，會安排碼頭接送，廚藝也不錯做的海鮮很好吃。院子裏的吊牀躺着很舒服，海風吹着，爽爽的，會推薦朋友來住。

ผผู้เข้าพักGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe homestay is beautifully laid out and much thought has gone into the design. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles. When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool. One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing. The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.
