ผผู้เข้าพักWe had an incredible first experience skiing in Anji! Our homestay was simply outstanding. The room we booked was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also felt like a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. Our room was facing Mother Nature, with a great view of mountains and the morning sun that shines into our room and energises us before our breakfast. What truly made our stay special was the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to drive us to the drop off point at the ski resort, which was a thoughtful touch. The highlight of our trip were the delicious, sumptuous Chinese dishes prepared personally by the owner—each meal was a delightful and wholesome culinary experience that we longed for and looked forward to every day! Our kids absolutely adored the homestay, treating it like their own cosy play area. The owner treated them like their family and warmly welcomed them to do just that, which made our stay even more memorable. In addition to the fantastic room, we were thrilled to have full access to a washing machine, dryer, and even a karaoke system! These amenities made our stay even more convenient and fun. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return for another memorable skiing adventure! We highly recommend this homestay for those who wants a spacious retreat for a quiet getaway from the busy city life.

__WeChat60219****這家民宿真的超出預期！從預訂溝通開始就特別順暢，房東回覆及時又耐心，還貼心告知了路線和周邊攻略。 房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，佈置得特別温馨，細節處能看出房東的用心——大到採光極好的落地窗，住起來像家裡一樣舒服。床品柔軟親膚，睡得超踏實，完全沒有住酒店的生硬感。 地理位置也很方便，步行幾分鐘就能到雲上草原，熊貓部落，周邊吃飯、買東西都很便利。退房時房東還送了當地的小特產，太暖心了～ 已經把這家列入必回購清單，下次來還住這！五星推薦！

ผผู้เข้าพักTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip! What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was an experience that fed the soul. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and full of unforgettable memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for nature, luxury, and a touch of magic!

The thatched-roof room was amazing, with a serene environment, stunning mountain views, and truly being a secluded paradise far from the hustle and bustle. Special praise goes to the housekeeper, Xiao Lu, whose attentive and thoughtful service was evident throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was meticulously arranged, making the stay feel incredibly warm. The environment and service were both flawless, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and high-quality vacation. I will definitely return! The various facilities and amenities that are set to open soon are also quite comprehensive, and I am looking forward to staying there again in the future.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .
