The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

Meu quarto era espaçoso e confortável, com uma vista legal da cidade.O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel é uma verdadeira delícia, com uma grande variedade de opções frescas e saborosas. A localização é excelente, perto de pontos turísticos importantes e com fácil acesso a transporte público.Além disso, o Windsor Brasília se destaca pelo compromisso com a limpeza e medidas de segurança, o que me fez sentir muito confortável durante toda a minha estadia.Recomendo este hotel a todos que visitarem Brasília.

Total super war der Service und die Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Fitnessstudio hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Sauna und Pool, aber diese habe ich nicht genutzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und sprach Englisch. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

An amazing place in Brasilia at a perfect location to enjoy the city main axis. Also, an standing ovation for the person in charge of the front desk in the night shift whose help and English proficiency proved to be of utter help for me to find my lost mobile on the night of the 3rd March 2025.
