The hotel is, no doubt, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Brasília. Well located, clean, with plenty of space for you to do whatever you need. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly and they fixed it quickly. It's a bit weird that such a great and well evaluated hotel suffers from non English speaking staff, that could definitely be improved. Also, my AC wasn't working properly. Would definitely come back. I recommend it.

Hotel has a good location, structure and the rooms are in general well cleaned and very comfortable. The view of the city is also a plus. The breakfast is probably the best feature of the hotel, with so many options and local flavors. It is easy to get to the main places in town and there is a mall just across the street. Staff in general was nice and welcoming.

Muito velho. Fiquei numa suíte master, graças ao excelente atendimento da recepcionista, que é fantástica. Porém na suíte há um carpete em todo o flat que deve ser da época do dom Pedro I. O carpete não deve ter ácaros… os ácaros são quem tem aquele carpete. Fora isso, muito bem localizado

Muy decepcionada de la habitación,la cama supremamente blanda, las sabanas viejas y rasgadas, las toallas viejas y duras. Debajo de las camas polvo y telarañas. En el baño una cura usada en la ducha! No tenía cobertores en temporada de frío. No tenía control del TV. Al comunicar todo esto al contacto de la habitación ni siquiera respondió los mensajes. A pesar del hotel contar con excelente ubicación e instalaciones complementarias como gimnasio y piscina, es horrible llegar a una habitación en estás condiciones, especialmente viajando con un niño.
