Ho chiesto qualcosa da mangiare anche fette biscottate, ma alla reception mi hanno detto che non potevano darmi nulla
Ho chiesta e mandato mail x avere la fattura me l’hanno mandata sbagliata io sono stata in hotel dal 01/al04 3 notti
Nessuno mi ha più risposto
Dicendo che non parlano italiano e bloccano il telefono
Vergogna
L’hotel dovrebbe avere alla reception le persone che parlino le lingue

Property located in a safe neighborhood and close to the metro station. Love the decoration. They offer complimentary cakes and water at the reception.

I stayed in room 702. The air conditioning was not working. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The lift takes about 10 minutes to arrive. There is no dental kit, no nail cutter, no ironing board. The staff didn't react to my complaints and didn't offer any compensation.
