This was my 1st trip to the Bahamas and i will definitely be returning next winter. Tue property, food options, and attractions are bith family friendly accessible.

The room itself was very nice. Clean and felt newish. I don’t know why some hotels eliminate the bed sheet, but this is one of them. There is only a comforter and no sheet.
Also the purpose of this stay was to use the water park on our last day before our early evening flight. They did not mention that you are required to have a wrist band in order to use the park, or which you must obtain before checking out. This was not clear to us, as we have never stayed here before. So it was a huge hassle to get a wrist band after we had checked out.
Otherwise the facilities are great. The water park definitely is a highlight and I wouldn’t pass it up.
Also the amount of aquariums on the property is pretty spectacular.

So much to do for couples and families. Staff went above and beyond to help with any needs. Friendly. Got upgraded to a bigger suite that was amazing. Clean...clean....clean!

There is a lot to do on the property lots of waterslides, huge pools, tons of wildlife and aquariums to check out great snorkeling however, the staff is not very friendly, and the prices of everything from the food to every day items to activities is exorbitant

Well run resort hotel family friendly with a high standard of comfort and service. The only gripe is the air conditioning which needs to be toned down so that it is not so cold in all the common areas. This was my second visit.
