The upholstery on the furniture in the room was dirty The sheets were tattered and stained. There was also roaches in the bathroom.

Roaches everywhere!!!! Do not stay here spots on sheets dirty bath tub and tv did not work. I changed rooms 2 times and found problems in each room...

I had two concerns.
1. My room temperature was frigid.
2. The carpet in my room was sticky and turned the bottom of my feet black.
Otherwise I had no issues. The breakfast was good. :)

Room had a bad odor in it. Couldn't get shower to work. Their was hair in the bed. Ac wasnt working properly. They couldnt print me off a receipt even.

The hotel is renovating some rooms. We had an executive king room which was remodeled and very nice. Comfortable bed nice big TV and was quiet. Hallways are wide but not renovated. Elevator always smelled like sewage. Lobby was fine. Parking lot was large with plenty of parking. Lots of construction right now at this exit. Food and gas stations nearby

The room was not that clean. The wall by the phone was dirty, the chair in the room was dirty, the lamp shade had water stains on it, and the lights in the bathroom had dead bugs in the light fixtures. The deadbolt wouldnt lock. We did love that its no smoking for the whole hotel.

Very disgusted! Doors did not dead bolt lock!!! We tied two different rooms and left in tears we felt so unsafe!! We did not even stay the night!!

Power went out due to a storm a few hours after 8 pm arrival.. Should have been refunded fully....no AC (100° outside), no TV, no hot water, etc. Had no place else to go. Left the next morning and still no power
