Araiya Palampur

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

The best hospitality that I have even seen in the town itself! The staff is too humble and polite! The one name that I would like to mention is Mr Puneet Kumar! He is one *** army! Just like a Ginny, he appears from anywhere with the best service possible! Puneet is always there, be it anything! Also, the bar guy vipul! He is too good ***! Humble, polite, talented! I had an amazing experience at araiya!

Palampur was not our destination, Araiya was. I heard so much about this particular property that I thought it was time we had visited. Unfortunately, the road from Amritsar was pretty rough. It took almost seven hours to reach Palampur. The driver was not sure of the location. Therefore, we were GPS dependent. Anyway, when reached both my wife and I were thrilled and forgot the pain of the rough ride. The property is located at a height with stunning views of the Dhauladhar mountain range. The blue sky made it all the more clear and picturesque. The best view of the mountains can be enjoyed from the terrace adjacent to the bar and the pool. It is like living with the nature and nature at its best. Our room had a good view too. Although the size of the deluxe room that we were occupying was less than adequate but we somehow ignored that part and were immersed in the heavenly beauty of the surroundings. All the service staff were extremely polite and attentive. Vipul, Chef Deepak, Amit, Puneet and Anshu, all from F & B were gems. We extend our highest admiration and appreciation for them. Executive Chef Arun sorted out our dietary needs. All in all it was a highly satisfying experience. I wish we had planned a little longer stay at this resort. Those who are looking around for a relaxing break, Araiya Palampur is the answer. Highly recommended.

Araiya palampur is great resort with all the luxury facilities awesome view from the resort pool facing rooms,comfortable beds and serene atmosphere.food they deliver is great to taste very delicious breakfast with lots of variety 👍having ayoga session also in the morning(nice experience) I highly recommended araiya resort would definitely come again thanks to chef and whole team of araiya(specially shiwani ,Vishal )

Araiya Palampur is a beautiful resort. It is meant for persons who want to have a quiet vacation with all the facilities present in the location in a well thought of layout. Excellent service was provided by the hotel management & special credit goes to the F& B service staff such as Puneet , the Manager, Amit, Gopal, Manager Jagmohan , chef Deepak and chef Sudesh . Not to forget the house keeping staff who were absolutely sincere . Even the girl Poonam from Spa was very good . I would love to go there again and recommend the same for others.

It was a great experience in araiya... it ws pleasant meeting the staff Shashi akahay nd Komal.. whole staff is very humble nd helpful.. poolside is very beautiful . Whole hotel has so many scenic views 😍.. I will definitely recommend to ppl to come nd stay in ariya..
