Not like the photo. Bathroom has hair throughout. When checking in was told there was only 1 double room left, but there was zero people in the hotel. So one of us couples had to sleep in 2 twins. We even had the breakfast, and spent time in the lobby. In total we saw 1 family of 4 & a solo woman. Didn’t hear any doors shut on our floor, nor talking. Restaurant food was the best part!

Everything you need for a work trip
And leisure thrown in too . Convenient location , lovely setting around the pool
area and breakfast is good too .
I booked a suite this last trip , well worth the extra .

We had a great experience on this hotel. Staff were very helpful, spa was nice and restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Good breakfast, excellent dinner and the price was more than fair!
The restaurant and the room had a good view over the valley.

Para spa não recomendo. Desilusão! As funcionárias atenciosas e muito simpáticas mas o spa muito fraco. Barulhento por não haver restrição de idade mínima dos utilizadores do spa. Muito pequeno, com muita claridade. Balneários muito fracos, sem mesas de apoio nem secadores de cabelo. O meu robe estava húmido e tive de usar o mesmo robe molhado depois da massagem. Sem oferta nenhuma de detalhes de relaxamento, tipo chá ou outros. Para um momento de relaxamento claramente não recomendo.

Pasamos dos noches en este hotel. La habitación correcta. El desayuno buffet estaba muy rico, tuvimos ocasión de comer un día en el hotel, tienen un menú ejecutivo por 14 euros persona, la comida estaba muy buena. El spa consta de una piscina, un jacuzzi, baño turco y sauna. Todo correcto. Recomendable. Creo que la mejor opción sería acudir en verano, al ir en diciembre la piscina exterior no se puede disfrutar. Muy bonita la decoración de Penafiel en Navidad. Y preciosa la decoración del hotel.
