We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and enjoyed our stay .Our ocean facing spacious rooms worked well one had a neutral theme with a couch in the seating room and the other had a dining table and seating .We were on the ground floor with access to the swimming pool which we enjoyed very much . The breakfast had enough selection to find something for ones taste and Antonia was very helpful and friendly. Christine at reception was always friendly and helpful. The location was also great lovely walks to the beach ,restaurants and nearby train station to visit the city or other places . Thank you Christine we look forward to our return

After experiencing a disappointing room offered, which was well below standard, because of faulty air conditioning unit and then being told that there wasn’t another room available we were eventually shown a suitable room as a replacement! Two aspects that made this worse was we checked there was a room available on an online booking agent and had to wait two hours with no explanation or a courtesy drink offered - until we finally checked in. Most of the rest of the stay was good particularly Antonio who was responsible for breakfasts, and Christina at Reception

Excellent hotel. We had a great time at this hotel. Antonio is a super Manager. He is very friendly always asking and making sure you are enjoying your stay. Very well kept hotel staff were great, rooms very large with beautiful view of the ocean.

We received a warm welcome although late in the evening. Dinner was served efficiently and was extremely good. As I have a slight disability we were kindly given a suite on the ground floor which was furnished to a high standard and the bathroom was large with facilities. The hotel had lovely outside gardens and the sea was across the road and could be seen from the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and made a perfect end to a distressing day. Cannot praise the hotel and staff enough. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The photos on ********** don't do this property any justice, whilst it looks pleasant enough we booked it expecting it to be a bit dated and for the pool area to pretty much be just a splash pool but were prepared to accept that as it was in an area that we wanted to be near, cleaniness and service is more important than decor and the price was great compared to everything else round about but we were really pleased on arrival as the hotel is lovely! Its a beautiful building, the rooms are huge and the staff were great! Yes it could do with a bit of modernisation, especially the bathroom and the air con but it was clean, comfortable and the pool area is a great wee space to chill out and the breakfast was ideal to set you up for the day. It is located about 30 mins drive to Lisbon city and about 20 mins from the town of Cascais (which is well worth a visit), there are 2 train stations near the hotel which give you access to many of the towns nearby. Would def stay here again if we ever go back to this area of Portugal.

The worst experience regarding service. The bartender kept us waiting for more than five minutes, while sitting in the reception talking to the receptionist! Arrogant and impolite! The receptionist couldn’t answer any of our questions about the hotel. We were given a room with a pilar in front of the window, and asked if we could get a new one. The answer was simply “No”. The room is old and fungus is visible in several places inside the room. We do not recommend thus hotel to anyone!
