EasyHotel Oxford

My 2nd time here.. very strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, very near to city centre, nearby great coffee shops and shopping areas, staff are friendly.. Everything about this hotel is just great..

Although the room is smaller than I thought,but the price is really reasonable. Recommend to all tourists to oxford. You can find a bus stop for one minute walk. And there are two groceries between the hotel.

Basic amenities, about 15 min via bus to centre area. Room was quite small but reasonable. Suitable for a short stay

First about the location, it's definitely far from Oxford city center. You have to take bus (£2.30 Adult). However, just surrounding the hotel there are Sainsbury, Tesco Express and M&S for you to shop. There are even many restaurants including Chinese restaurants as well. Services were great, kind and polite. Their room's cleanliness were superb. Absolutely spotless. As for their amenities, this is where im not happy with. Lets start with their bathroom, they provide all-in-one wash which can be used as body wash and shampoo. The bottle is fixed firmly on the wall. No bar soap, no toothpaste and toothbrush. In the room, there are no kettle, no tea/coffee, no glass/cups, none. If you want to use a hairdryer or iron, you can request them from reception. You have to request it at the reception because there isnt a phone in the room to call reception.

Rooms are small, but the building is new, and everything is clean!

Heating not working. Extremely rude staff. The old lady on reception was extremely rude and asked me to checkout if i had problem with heating.
